- Mahmoud (9/5): I highly recommend this place . - The property is situated in a highly desirable area, in close proximity to various activities and the beach. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. Security is provided round the clock, and the staff are exceptionally amiable and accommodating. Taxis are not permitted on the premises, and only designated delivery personnel are allowed for food deliveries. Additionally, there are two well-maintained pools, including a designated area for children. Ample parking is available, and each building is equipped with elevators. I will definitely consider booking this accommodation again if I return to Agadir. I am of the opinion that the property management agency is solely responsible for running the property. Initially, they reached out to me regarding tax payments. Despite numerous attempts to contact them about an issue, I received no response. One of the bedrooms had a malfunctioning AC unit, which fortunately wasn't an issue at night, but made the room uninhabitable during the day. Additionally, I suggest considering the addition of a microwave to the apartment.
- Jahan (7/5): Good - Facilities were good. Good location and kids enjoyed the swimming pool The inside of the wardrobes in the bedroom were dusty. The water pressure in the shower was very low due to being clogged. The shower drain was full of hair and blocked.
