- Donald (10/5): Excellent. Will return to stay again. - The customer service was great, when I asked for something, I received it. The rooms have cookware that is adequate for preparing meals. Room was clean. Quite for the most part. Can't hear your neighbors, only if they have a barking dog. The laundry room had working machines for a cost of $3.00 per load for each washer and dryer. The facility has a security gate that requires a code, so that is a solid security feature. Several dining and shopping option close. I don't have any complaints about the stay. Only recommendation I would add is to swap out the coffee maker for a Keurig machine. Reduce the $250 security deposit. I understand the reason behind the deposit, but $250 is a little excessive.

- Carol (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Very clean and lots of room. Had everything we needed. Both of the check in ladies were very friendly and efficient. The price was very reasonable for that area. I would definitely stay there again. Didn’t see an ice machine, but the refrigerator in room had ice trays. No breakfast, but you can cook in your room and breakfast would probably increase the room price.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional customer service others need to take lessons! - EVERYTHING! It’s rare when a customer is truly able to say everything was perfect! After having experienced some terrible situations with the house I had been renting the previous 6 months with 6 more remaining months per my lease agreement, my family and I were faced with unexpectedly needing some where to go immediately! The first two nights of our displacement we were in a small roach invested place in Lakeland and then I found StayAPT suites on Agoda and simply chose it bc the price. I had zero expectations but when I arrived I was so excited that the facility far exceeded any expectations that would have had if I had the time to read about it ! Any hotel in the Memphis metropolitan area I’ve visited has staff that seems to hate themselves and definitely seem to hate the customer as well. So I was nervous about the initial check in experience. By the grace of God the front desk girl was nothing short of an angel and I was amazed at the fact that she wasn’t the unicorn of the bunch because surprisingly EVERY single one of the young ladies at this place carry the same energy. Little do they know how much I needed that kindness. I know I can be a difficult customer at times yet none of them have been rude to me and each one has gone above and beyond in someway to help. They never make you feel like you’re a burden if you need a towel and they don’t scream at you at 11:01 to get out or pay. On top of the kindness those same ladies keep the property in pristine condition! It’s always clean and always nice the price is a steal for what you get ! I’d recommend this place to anyone and the location is perfect as well you can virtually walk to anything you may need.

They had BBQ pits and a nice courtyard area to sit in. The rooms/apt looked like they were still brand new. The hostess was the sweetest and very informative. We will be using them on our next trip to Memphis. I plan on looking for them in other areas we travel to.

Fenced in parking? The room was very dirty. I found hair in three different places. (On a pillow, on a hanging towel, and on the wall over the bathtub) And some kid must have been there before me because there was "snot" rubbed on two of the bathroom walls. (It was disgusting) The bed I slept on leaned to the left and I slept awful. (And some kid in the room next to me was going crazy until 9pm) oh.. and only a half a roll of toilet paper given with no backup roll in the room. (but(t) by an amazing stroke of luck too... I actually brought a roll of TP with me because of another review stating that the hotel only had one ply... I have never brought TP on a trip ever before.. so thank you previous review guy yourally did "save my butt")

Room was clean for the most part. Easy access to my room The sheets didnt seem to be completely clean used my own sheets. And low water pressure for shower and take a while for water to get hot. You don't get housekeeping if you don't stay a full week I had trouble with cleaning the floor i wish they came with a rug and a broom but appreciate the hardwood floors

- Wilcher (1/5): Disappointed - Na I booked the deluxe queen. I had a child running in a state competition in Memphis. They gave us a king bed. I was traveling with my spouse, child and myself. When I showed them my reservations she said well we are full we can’t do anything. There is a pullout bed. I understand there is a pull out bed however I booked and paid for 2 Queen beds! She didn’t care. Also when I went to put my stuff in my vehicle before checking out it locked me out of the building/room so I couldn’t get back in. I went to the front office/desk and there as no one there! Thank goodness I had gotten everything out. Check out was at 11. I went to my vehicle at 1030. Before that happened room cleaning tried to come before 10. I had not checked out obviously. I booked here because I’ve stayed at a few of these for travel sports and have not had any problems and they are clean. I was very disappointed this time!

- Joanne (10/5): FABULOUS place to stay! - Very clean large suite with a well-appointed kitchen -- loved the spacious counter with stools. Comfortable bed with good pillows and a large desk and chair in the bedroom. Nice shower with lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, a non-slip tub surface and dispensers for body wash and shampoo. Soft towels. Plenty of space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Loved the wood floor in the kitchen/living room area (so much more sanitary than carpet). Easy check-in, fast elevator, lots of electrical outlets, strong wifi. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Angel and Davita at the front desk were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Everything was great. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this property to other travelers. We only stayed two nights but this would be a great place for an extended stay as it’s spacious and very comfortable.
- Jason (8/5): Pretty good - It’s always been nice there. Comfortable, safe, affordable. Normally I would tell you I have no complaints but I tried to extend a reservation and called the cell number. Both times I was told that they were away from the desk and someone would call me in 10-15 minutes to give me a hand. I waited approximately an hour to call back to get an update since I had people waiting in the parking lot and get the same story. I waited for an additional hour to hour and a half and called back twice and never got an answer. I just had to call another hotel chain and book a room through them unfortunately.

Over all nice place There is definitely some of the younger staff that could Use a change for someone who actually can smile and handle what a customer is needing without an attitude. I had an issue with the first room I rented the drain in the shower was plugged up and instantly backfilled the tub with dirty water as she acted like it was a big ask for me to get another room because she had To “call her manager”.

The floors weren't swept, so they couldn't have been mopped. A lot of debris under the beds. I understand that it's an extended stay. I would suggest having one roll of paper towel, salt and pepper shakers, and a small bottle of dish detergent.
