- OwaisWadi (6/5): Great garden and zen concept but underwhelming rooms and 'professional' rude receptionist - The guesthouse has a beautiful garden with a swing, a small water feature leading to a fish tank and overall an amazing variety of unique flowers and plants.. Their concept of no shoes inside and low volume felt very refreshing and organic. The bookshelves and overall vibe matched the overall feel. The rooms themselves were quite small and furnished quite modestly and had a very old vibe, and the bathroom was just adequate. The water pressure wasn't too great and the hot water was just warm tbh.. The man at the reception was trying to be very professional and clear but he was in fact very cold and it felt uncomfortable talking to him.. Although he was kind to my kid, he displayed some very rude behaviour to my family who came over to see our place, including my older parents. We were not making any commotion nor causing any disruption or disturbance but he spoke very rudely and unprofessionally and upset our dad due to his shocking behaviour.. They don't serve breakfast so you have to go find something yourself..

- Liek (9/5): Fijn verblijf! - Goede locatie Rustig gelegen Bedden waren goed Prima kamer qua grootte. Mooie tuin. Veel bloemen. Water van de douche werd niet heel warm maar was oké. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt bij was maar je kon wel boterhammen pindakaas/chocoladepasta pakken.

L e charme des extérieurs très bien entretenus. Le déshumidificateur dans la chambre. Paar minuutjes lopen van het dorp. Regelen luchtvaartshuttle en excursies. Bed was iets aan de harde kant maar verder alles top!

- Martina (9/5): Beautiful place, nice garden and amazing owner but very humid room - The guy was so nice, the place well takes care of and clean It was SO HUMID. After a 5 min shower the mirror stayed foggy till the next morning even with a window open. I would recommend to install a dehumidifier, we stayed 2 night and all our clothes smelled humid, the bed sheets felt always wet.

- Martina (10/5): Guesthouse mit Charme - Ein ganz feines Guesthouse und das zentrumsnah. Gut hat uns die Gemeinschaftsküche und die Terrasse, umgeben von einem schön angelegten Garten gefallen. Die Gastgeberfamile sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen. Fragt nach Karl für eine Rafflesia- oder andere Exkursionen. Das Bad ist vergleichweise klein, aber alles sauber gepflegt.
- Raymond (10/5): Top choice. - The location was excellent. Close to the restaurants and main town area, yet set far away enough to dispel the traffic noise. The whole building, rooms included, were kept thoroughly clean and well presented. The garden area is delightful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower and hot water good, and the staff were unintrusive, but very willing to assist when needed. For me, this is THE place to stay in Cameron Highlands. Nothing to dislike.

Le fait qu’on nous demande de rajouter 30RM par personne à la fin d’une excursion déjà payée à l’hôtel en amont sans nous avoir prévenue

- Dennis (10/5): Gemütliche Unterkunft und guter Startpunkt für Erkundungen - Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr nett und er konnte gut englisch. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Reisende die man Vorort buchen kann. Busse zur Weiterfahrt, wäscheservice und Ausflüge. Zu den Ausflügen muss ich sagen: wir haben den ganz Tages Ausflug gemacht und da muss ich sagen war nur die Wanderung am Morgen gut. Der Rest war lieblos einfach rein gestopft das der Tag voll war. Ich empfehle ein Taxi für mehrere Stunden zu buchen und alles auf eigene Faust zu erkunden. Lediglich die Wanderung könnte schwierig umzusetzen sein. Die BOH „Fabrik“ bietet ein Paket zu Tee Verköstigung und das schlendern durch die Teefelder an sah echt toll aus. Bei den Erdbeerfarmen, kann man mit genügend Zeit selbst Erdbeeren pflücken.

Gute Ausstattung der Selbstbedienungsküche d.h. kostenloses heißes und kaltes Wasser, großer Kühlschrank, Toaster etc.. Sehr gute Duschen mit heißem Wasser. Die Zimmer im EG auf den Garten hinaus bekommen trotz großer Fenster wenig Sonne. Bei schlechtem Wetter sind sie deutlich kühler als die anderen Zimmer.

- Philipp (10/5): Perfekte Lage zwischen Dschungel und Stadt - Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Dschungel mit einer Terrasse. Es ist kühl in den Bergen und wir bekamen eine zweite Decke. So konnten wir gut schlafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft und perfekte Lage. Es ist nahe an dem Zentrum. 5 Gehminuten. Aber etwas abseits vom Verkehrslärm. Es gibt eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Toast, Marmelade und Peanut butter. Ein Gemeinschaftskühlschrank und Wasserspender mit heißem und kaltem Wasser. Vielleicht für kalte Nächte einen Heiz Strahler bereitstellen.

Ho apprezzato l'uso cucinino con tanti prodotti a disposizione gratuitamente. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti. L'unico punto non positivo è il WiFi. In camera il segnale era debole.

- Philippa (7/5): Peaceful and relaxing - The house is in a quiet location very near the centre of town. Its beautifully tended gardens were a real treat to return to after a day out. The hotel is simply furnished and quiet. Our room had a balcony overlooking the gardens. Because this part of Malaysia is cooler than other regions it can feel chilly and as no heating in rooms, towels not easy to dry overnight etc. however staff replenished whenever we asked. They were very helpful. In the bathroom there was no hot water at the basin. Just a cold water feed. Rooms can feel a bit chilly as no heating source.

- Pärchen Deutschland (8/5): - Super Lage, Mall, ein Nachtmarkt und die Restaurants sind direkt vor der Türe. Mann muss abends nirgends mit dem Auto hinfahren. Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Zimmer haben schöne Holzfußböden und sind sauber. Duschtrennwand vorhanden. Wirklich eine wunderschöne gepflegte Gartenanlage in der man entspannt sitzen und frühstücken oder Bier trinken kann. Kühlschrank mit Bier in der Lobby vorhanden. Ansonsten Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Geschirr und Kühlschrank für alle. Morgens wird Toast bereitgestellt. Zimmer sind gut abdunkelbar Keine Handseife vorhanden. Hier sollte einfach ein Seifenspender stehen. Wie so oft kein Adapter für europäische Stecker vorhanden. Man darf keine Schuhe im Haus tragen (für uns kein Problem, sollte aber erwähnt werden)

- Cara (10/5): Relax in comfort after a long day! - The gardens here are fantastic. There are a couple of tables sprinkled throughout where you can chill while drinking your coffee. Breakfast does not come with the room, but take advantage of the well equipped kitchen to make your own.

- Dilara Cennet (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Garten. - Das Hotel hatte einen eigenen Garten, in den man jederzeit gehen konnte. Dieser war sehr schön und hat die Atmosphäre der Cameron Highlands super ergänzt. Es war sehr sauber. Man musste sogar seine Schuhe im Hotel ausziehen. Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war zwar zentral aber trotzdem abgelegen, sodass man seine Ruhe hat. Über das Hotel kann man auch Touren buchen. Alles in allem top.

If they did this small extra service it would be 10/10

In unserem 4-Bett-Zimmer waren keine Nachttische und keine separaten Leselampen am Bett. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört!

Uncomfortable: the moment you enter the room, you understand that the room is actually for 2 persons and then another bed is added. 3. Cold: window of the bathroom cannot be closed, there is no heating and the weather was cold when we stayed. 4. Booking.com trick: they give the worst room to booking.com and then booking.com advertise it as a genius promotion. Sham.

- Rosie (7/5): Quiet oasis - Perfect and quiet guesthouse, only a short walk from the centre. The room was lovely, having a patio area with French doors. I did love the garden and the little tree shrew we spotted running about. There was also tea/coffee and jam and toast freely available. The only issue we had was that our belongings just felt abit damp. The property backs onto a hill so it's shaded in the afternoon but I suspect it's just a factor of the area than a problem with the hotel itself.

- Jessica (6/5): - - Garten - gemütlich Einrichtung - kostenlose Snacks - ruhige Lage - freundliches Personal - einige gute Restaurants und Cafés in der Gegend - sehr kalt, keine Heizung oder Klimaanlage - erstes Zimmer sehr schimmelig, muffig und klein; ich durfte das Zimmer wechseln und das neue war deutlich besser - Tour die angeboten wurde hatte einige Änderungen, die nicht alle mitgeteilt wurden (mossy forest und time tunnel gesperrt)
- Britta (7/5): - Das Hotel ist für eine Zwischenübernachtung okay. Es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man kann von dort aus wandern oder wie wir einen geführten Ausflug machen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen. Aus der Dusche plätscherte das Wasser...Längeres Haar waschen war kaum möglich.
- Airasmaa (9/5): Good place if you like to have a peaceful stay in Cameron highlands but still be close to restaurants. - Lovely garden, very helpful staff, peaceful location right next to the town, comfy bed. The mattress was a bit old and broken but still surprising comfortable.
- Ming Wei (4/5): - good location old room, poor soundproofing. musty smell.
- Thomas (7/5): - Located in walking distance to everything, room was comfortable, staff were friendly We weren’t able to close the bathroom window (was broken) so a few mosquitoes got in
