Beatrix (10/5): Hervorragend - Sehr ruhig, grosszügiges Gelände mit Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien bei gutem Wetter. Alles hat gut funktioniert, sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der mir sogar ganz unkompliziert einen Adapter ausgeliehen hat.

Annet (9/5): - Rustig gelegen appartement in mooie omgeving waar vanuit je makkelijk via dichtstbij gelegen station met de trein naar Keulen kan. Mooie wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving. Gezamenlijke keuken is elders in het gebouw.
Tanja (4/5): Trotz bemüht modernem Interieur, vermisst man gängige Standards der Vermietung. - Moderne Einrichtung, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine inkl. Erstbestückung In der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein benutztes Pad, Spinnweben an den Decken, elektr. Rollo funktionierte nicht, zu dunkle Zuwegung, die automatischen Lampen springen erst dann an, wenn man davor steht, dann geht es wieder ab ins Dunkle, keine Info zum WLAN-PW da keine Zimmermappe vorhanden war, kein Wegeplan/Fluchtwegeplan und damit auch keinerlei Möglichkeit herauszufinden wo die Küche sein soll, die man mitbenutzen darf! Da kein Personal da ist und ebenso keine Telefonnummer, konnte man auch nicht nachfragen. Keine Nachttischlampe, Lichtschalter an der Ausgangstür und dunkler Weg zum Bett, da auch kein Lichtschalter am Bett vorhanden ist.

Judith (10/5): - Es ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Ich buche diese Unterkunft zum wiederholten Male und kann es nur weiter empfehlen .

Judith (10/5): - Insbesondere die ruhige und großzügige Lage des Appartements. Es ist modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und ob Fußbodenheizung, Ladewürfel oder Kühlschrank, es ist an alles gedacht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
