• Nataliia (10/5): Super!!! - Very nice apartment which has everything for a comfortable vacation with family. The beach is three minutes from the apartment, a huge number of cafes and supermarkets. The owner is very polite and friendly. We will definitely come back again

• Ameerah (8/5): Nice stay - Comfortable and modern apartment with all facilities. Sunny, clean and spacious. Noisy at night with trains running till very late in the night. Location around 25 mins from Genoa city centre. Very difficult to find a parking spot at any time of day.
• Emma (1/5): holiday ruined by constant noise and threatening property manager - nothing - the traintrack is 20m from the windows, at eye level. the trains run from 5am to 1am, every 10-15 mins. Working online with windows closed still prompted comments on video calls about background noise - Poor sound insulation and the noisy neighbours will also keep you awake - no coffee, olive oil, pepper, washing machine liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishwasher liquid. you're expected to buy it all, even for a short stay - no advice given for rubbish disposal, bins require a resident key card. so what do i do? the property manager: - wasn't expecting me despite booking months ahead. Tried 3 times in the 72 hours prior to check in to contact him. with less than 24 hours before my arrival finally I learnt how to check in. After conveying that i would arrive at 17:30 he continued to message me about my whereabouts to the point of hassle - he cancelled the booking on booking.com (why?) while i was staying, and asked for a cash payment because booking.com had refunded my credit card based on the booking being cancelled in their system. My final 2 days in the apartment were ruined by messages several times an hour telling me I had to solve his problem for him, and that he was scared of the owners. He expected me to lay out almost another 500euros in cash to him, without receiving a refund or any notification that a refund was due. When I suggested that he needed to display some empathy towards the situation he had put me in, and allow for the refund to hit my account before I could process another payment out he threatened to turn up at the property or call the police (go for it, they'd be more interested in his behaviour than in mine) - the above went on overnight, despite explaining clearly when and how I would pay, making me feel unsafe in the apartment on the final night. The refund was received within 24 hours and within the duration of my stay. I paid directly, as i always said i would - there needn't have been the entire day prior of threats.

• Robert (9/5): Really nice place, noice from trains - Reaaly nice place. Newly decorated and fitted with everything you need. Good location with both closeness to beaches and Genoa. It didn’t bother us but I suspect the sound from the nearby trains would be a problem for some.
• Dmytro (10/5): Take it! - All was great Appartment is very big. Location is great - second line from a seeshore - 100m max. Facilities - exceptional. Conditioning - in each room and kitchen. Bathroom - excellent. Balcony - with a see view (partly - but anyway :) ). Kitchen - just huge. The building - very atmospheric Parking - in 7 minutes free of charge and ease to find. Always with free lots. WiFi - very good (30Mb/s) Separate working place for me and separate working place for a son in separate room - great. To be honest - nothing. I want to live in this apartment :) Maybe a small notice - the railway in 50 meters from the one side and if windows are open - quite noisy. But it is nothing in comparison to advantages.
