- Insa (9/5): Schöne Wohnung mitten in der Stadt - Man wohnt mitten in der Stadt, aber sehr ruhig. Schön, dass man in Wernigerode nicht nur viele Fachwerkhäuser ansehen kann, sondern auch in einem wohnen darf. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es ist sauber. Falls es jemand wissen muss, in der Wohnung gibt es 2 Stufen (eine vom Flur in die Küche und eine vom Flur ins Schlafzimmer). Es war alles gut, man muss nur wissen, dass das Auto nicht vor der Tür parkt. Doch die 350 Meter sind schnell gelaufen.

- Anke (9/5): - Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Gute Lage, man ist nach wenigen Metern in der Innenstadt und wohnt trotzdem ruhig.
- Andrea&Frank (10/5): tolle Adventszeit in Wernigerode und gemütliche FeWo am Markt - Die FeWo hat eine perfekte Lage, der Parkplatz liegt wenige Schritte entfernt. In der Adventszeit ist der Ort besonders schön, sehr schöner Weihnachtsmarkt usw. Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, gemütlicher Wohnbereich, herrliche Dusche und Bad, Küche, alles vorhanden. Alles neu und liebevoll restauriert.
