• April (7/5): - It was clean and the front desk employee was nice and helpful! The breakfast was very limited to pancakes, some fruit and coffee. I was anticipating a better breakfast.

• Yannick (6/5): Bon rapport qualité prix pour court séjour à Iuka - Proche de la ville et du lac, hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Chambres simples mais propre et literie agréable. Rénové il y a quelques années. Silencieux surtout côté forêt au fond. Il manque des éléments pour ranger ses affaires, pendre les serviettes etc… Le ménage n’a pas été fait (séjour de deux nuits). Pas vraiment de petit déjeuner. La climatisation est vraiment trop bruyante.

• Keith (10/5): Great hotel. - I really enjoyed my stay here, and I recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. The owner, Henry, and the desk clerk Asa, were friendly and helpful. I felt right at home 🙂 The facilities were very clean and the whole place appeared new and in very good condition. No issues at all.
• Victoria. (10/5): Thank you, Heritage Pl., Hotel for a memorable stay. - The staff was incredible from the time we got there until the day we left. I personally booked three rooms for family members, including myself and we met with family members with five other rooms. We love the way we were able to sit outside and have drinks and other people in the hotel came and joined us for a very pleasant evening. I’m pretty sure there was not one thing we disliked.
• Barrett (7/5): Good for the money. - Convenient location and clean. Shampoo and conditioner little bottles. Body wash bottle. These amenities were sorely missing, as I had to make a trip to Walmart.

• Preston (9/5): Nice, reasonably priced, comfy little hotel. - Nice little hotel. Not fancy but has a nice feel to it. Stayed for a volleyball tournament in Belmont. Front desk guy was awesome, room was clean with some nice touches from the cleaning staff. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed. The bed was worn and sagging to the middle, caused my wife and I to roll into each other.

• Melanie (8/5): Thankful for the location and the kind staff. The price was great, also. - Being able to stay in Iuka and not having to travel to Corinth for a hotel, was so very nice! The staff was very kind. All essentials were provided. The Hotel was clean and everything within the room functioned as expected. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it also wasn’t terrible.

The bathroom was clean as far as the toilet and shower; however, was urine in the corner by the tub that clearly had been looked over in past cleanings. The bed was super hard. Bedding was decent but worn (mainly comforter).

• Greg (1/5): Awful - We booked at this location online after driving from Branson MO, we were exhausted so we booked here because of the reviews. But when we got there, there were a bunch of men standing out in the parking lot outside our room drinking. There were big groups of men On both sides of the hotel. It was 15 til 10 pm when we checked in. We had not had supper and everything in the area was closing, so we ran down the street to grab a burger, we carried it back to the room to eat. While sitting there eating, bug started crawling up the wall. The room was not at all what it was advertised to be. The lady in front was very nice, we decided it was not a place we were comfortable to stay. I didn’t feel safe and if a bug is already crawling up the wall with the lights on, I didn’t want to see what was coming out with lights out. We checked out, explaining to the lady up front why, we had only been in room maybe 40 minutes. She apologized and promised a refund but we had to go through booking.com to do so. We left there and ended up having to drive the 4 1/2 hours home. When we got home, I called booking.com and when they contacted the property, they refused to refund our money. The sweet lady running the desk had locked the door because she too was not comfortable with all the men drinking outside. See above

We requested a bottom floor room and close together with 3 other couples we were traveling with and were easily accommodated. Also had a cooler full of free water which was nice after a long day of motorcycling. No continental breakfast but they had some fruit and honey buns.

• Amyrts (10/5): American owned and operated! - This entire stay was great! Check-in was so friendly. They were truly appreciative of us staying with them. Our key card didn't work the first time, but they were so apologetic! The room was spacious and decorated the prettiest gray. Lots of light. Although the beds were full size, they were extremely comfortable. I believe this place is American owned, and I've had so much trouble at checkin lately, It was nice not to have a language barrier to deal with. Please choose this hotel when traveling through! Our destination was 20 miles away, but this motel was cheaper and so glad we saved the money and stayed here! We didn't use breakfast. Fast food in area. Right off the main highway
