Colleoni (7/5): - La casa era vicina al babe beach ed era molto facile raggiungerlo a piedi inoltre il balcone era molto spazioso e accogliente Siamo stati accolto in modo sgarbato dal custode della casa anche se poi con il passare del tempo si è rivelato molto tranquillo e disponibile,un appartamento ci è stato affidato 4 ore dopo il check in e un altro problema era che non erano presenti 11 forchette(eravamo appunto in 11)
Tatjana (5/5): - Lage zum Babe-Beach war ok, wie angegeben nur 500m. Aussicht aufs Meer war herrlich von ganz oben. Pool war sauber, leider aber keine Liegen vorhanden. Bäckerei um die Ecke um zu jeder Tageszeit Brot und Gepäck kaufen zu können. Keine Küchenutensilien (Schöpflöffel, Pfannenwender, Kochlöffel,...) vorhanden nur eine Käsereibe und ein Holzbrett in der Lade, keine Salatschüssel, für 7Personen nur die Hälfte an Besteck und Teller vorhanden. Also irgendwas kochen war fast unmöglich.

Bäckerei um die Ecke um zu jeder Tageszeit Brot und Gepäck kaufen zu können. Kasten is Sparprogramm, nur eine Kleiderstange. Pool ist im Nachbarhaus.

Beàta (7/5): Nice apartment, well located. - Close to the beach. Modern and the bed sheet, towels were clean. However, I needed to clean the tables and the bedside tables before using. Missed the microwave and the coffee machine a lot. The kitchen is not very well equipped.

Oliver (7/5): Spacious apartment with a pool and a great terrace - Spacious apartment with a great terrace and sea view. Close to a beautiful beach, clean pool, small shop, bakery nearby, late check-out available, on-site parking, 2 AC units, two bathrooms, located in a quieter area of Novalja. Requested a higher deposit than indicated on the booking page, apartment was not fully prepared for check-in at 5 pm, further from Novalja city center, apartment could have been cleaner, pool was often crowded, and only one key to the property.

Staff very responsive to all our needs On-site parking can be an issue if you return late. Hall ways were not clean. Apartment floors and chair covers not clean.
Marianne (4/5): Disappointing - the terrace too small beds (max. 80cm), in one room you hear non-stop a loud sound of a power box, a lot of spider webs and mosquito stains, small rooms, it‘s very tight in every room the size of the beds and of one cupboard is like for children
