- Pat (10/5): We wanted to see the viaducts and aquaducts and we were not disappointed. - Not far from the town centre. I'm not sure of the bus service as i cycled or used the car
Very close to the Aquaduct and Ty Maur Country Park. You can walk though the park to the aquaduct if you enjoy walking
Megan the dog was very friendly Nothing i can think of It was very well described. Easy to find
- Robert (6/5): Was ok for a one night stay. - Nice little annex, Good location & quite That there was no hot water to use the sink properly. Wasn’t very clean (have more pictures than just the 4) were cobwebs in corners of the room and on light shades, bathroom wasn’t very clean shower had soap scum on the door an the plug had hair in there that was viable, taps weren’t cleaned an mirror looked like it had been cleaned with toilet roll and also the floor in the living room was wet and soaked our feet. Kitchen had food inside the cupboards, hair and dirt in the cutlery drawer and the microwave wasn’t clean again have more pictures. Such a shame if they had cleaned properly it would have been much better stay.
- Jack (10/5): - Beautiful location and a wonderful friendly dog came by to say hi.

Was a home away from home. Nice and cosy and just what we wanted. Well equipped for our stay.
Comfy and clean and a really friendly dog on site!
Loved the fact we werent pestered by the owners but we knew we could contact them and they were arou d if we needed them.
You will not be disappointed if you book here to stay!
- Zoe (7/5): - Good value property.
Basic but everything we needed. Responsive and friendly hosts. Thank you

- Aureen (10/5): I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was small, clean, and very comfortable. It had easy access to the city centre -

- Joanne (10/5): Aquaduct Apartment - The apartment was lovely and cosy and had everything we needed. In a great location near to the Aquaduct. Fab curry house up the road. Host was friendly couldnt ask for anything better for our 2 night stay. There was nothing we could fault tbf...
- Joe (10/5): - Excellent! Best in the area

- simon (9/5): Excellent value. - Excellent again. No complaints.
- simon (10/5): Excellent - Communication with host excellent. Very good value. Was decent for buses etc. Room warm and shower good. Tv great with lots on it including services. All was good.
- Wayne owen (10/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): Value for money and spacious. - Close to main roads but still near local attractions.
- John (8/5): Everything we needed - Well thought-out for basic stary Perhaps a shorter password!
- Sarah (8/5): Pleasant 2 night family stay near Aqueduct - Stayed here for it's closeness to the aqueduct as we had an activity booked for the following day and very reasonable price for a family of 4. Cozy little annexxe attached to the host's home. Easy check in/out with clear instructions and keys collected/returned from a lock box. There is a kitchenette complete with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 ring stove and air fryer. All utensils, crockery etc are there and everything you could need for a short stay. Good wifi. There is a large tesco supermarket within 5 minutes drive and also some takeaways. The double bed is a sofa bed in the lounge which once pulled out doesn't leave much room but for a short stay is not a major issue at all. As per some other reviews there are very few places if you want to eat in a restaurant but it is a rural location and probably the reason people are going there - again not a problem for us, we were happy to make use of the facilities in the property. I would definitely recommend.
- Sarah (10/5): Great little find - It was easy to find, and had what we needed, it was great that tea and coffee were available, Dave offered us milk as well which was a bonus, (we had brought some so we're all good)
We were able to get in a bit earlier which was also helpful, I'm aware this may not always be the case.
Communication was good, and we were sent the information we needed on the day. As a couple I would have liked a double bed in the main room, however the beds were great and meant I got to have the duvet to myself!! 😂
Just remember there is no cooker, but there is a microwave and air fryer which did the job
- Gaynor (5/5): - Location was near to Llangollen town Facilities were Very basic. Bathroom shower was not clean tiles were dirty

- Pam (8/5): The annexe - The location was very good for our trip, specifically the aqueduct. Great communication from Peter. The tiny, soft beds, but we made do. I wouldn't like to have stayed there for more than 1 night. Everything was basic but adequate, which was reflected in the price.
We could hear the owners' radio the whole time we were in, just a little too loud.
- Robyn (10/5): Great place for a few days in North Wales. - The Annexe was small but very comfortable and clean. Excellent location close to Llangollen with a lovely walk to the aqueduct close by. Meg the dog was gorgeous.
- Deborah (10/5): - The location
- Carlene (10/5): - Clean and perfect location Great stay and perfect value
- Maria (10/5): You have to choose here for your stay! - Host gave precise parking / entry details. Location easy to find. Was able to park right outside and follow instructions given by host. Apartment was so very quiet and private (exactly as I wanted / needed), spotless clean, fresh, not over cluttered nor bare and had everything in the kitchen that you would need. The outside was simply beautiful, too, and I would highly recommend this property for your stay. I hope I get to stay there again in the future. N/A
- cherri (10/5): Aqueduct apartment - Lovely annexe, everything you need there.
And ideal location for visiting the Aqueduct and llangollen.
Nice welcome from megan 😍 N/A
- Ffred (9/5): - All facilities necessary for a stay - Holl gyfleusterau ar gael . Agos iawn at y Bont Cario Dwr a rhyw 10 munud o Langollen Gall fod yn anodd cale hyd io'r "Annexe" wrth ochr y ty, ond gwqnaethn un galwad ffon setlo hynny
Can be a littler difficult to find the Annexe at the side of the house, but one quick phone call settled that
- Jean (8/5): Value for money apartment - The accommodation was good. An air fryer was a surprise bonus. The kitchen equipment was excellent. Lounge was fine and bathroom good. The whole place was very clean. Our only niggle was not great mattresses and no aqueduct could be seen from the apartment which was the only disappointment. Good value for money. Great for walkers as the aqueduct was only 0.3 miles away. The name of the apartment! From the information, to me, it implied we would be able to see the aqueduct from the apartment and we could not.
- Jayne (9/5): very enjoyable - great location for dog walks , secure garden , close to aqueduct and park , friendly host and meg the collie
- Tim (8/5): Very good -
- Bill (8/5): I know the area well this was a good base for my stay - Well appointed and located. Clean and tidy Poor WiFi no tv in bedroom
- Louise (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely weekend.
- Danielle (10/5): fab stay will be back again - fab apartment had everything could not get in using the key safe but the man helpd us in who lives there dog meg is fab eveything spotless and cozy towels & toilet roll provided nothing
- Tracy (9/5): Superb - The location was fantastic even though there was no actual parking for you there were lots of places on the road. The instructions to find the place were very confusing, if they had said look at the pub and go left a few feet it would have saved us driving and waking up and down for ages.
The table and chairs for eating your meals off were a tad weak and wobbly so we didn't use it as it didn't feel very sturdy.
- Kevin (10/5): Perfect for what we needed - Close to Llangollen Pavilion Not applicable
- Kate (9/5): Superb - The location was ideal for our concert, a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. 10 minutes on the bus and only £3.60. We literally only popped our bags in and went out so didn't see much of the accommodation only the bathroom and bedroom which were clean and comfortable. No hassle with checking in etc just received a code for the key the morning we were due to arrive and popped the key back in as we left. If you have a concert booked in Llangollen this is an ideal place as a base! All good!
- Andrew (10/5): Didn’t meet the owners, which was a shame - Quality and peaceful location 👍 - Excellent 👍 .. Really good apartment, everything provided for … Even tea/coffee/condiments which was a nice touch .. Left to your own devices - Beds very comfortable & good bathroom facilities - Even the parking was fine outside, once we sorted it out ! Nothing we didn’t like .. Be prepared for a bit of a walk up to the main A road for the bus to Llangollen, if you want to leave the car at base 😁
- Ceris (10/5): Adorable place - The lay out and the cleanliness
The position, close to what we needed.
The owner, so helpful and in contact easily,
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Surprised no oven there was a very small air fryer
- Janet (10/5): Lovely Rural apartment - Great Location for The Aqueduct & all sights
A great Cafe at the Chapel within walking distance on a lovely route & lovely staff
- Nicole (8/5): Loved it - The property had everything we needed. We weren’t planning on cooking there anyway but there was an air fryer and hot plate if you did want breakfast etc. Nothing in particular it was perfect for us, a couple and a baby. Obviously for 4 people it would become a little bit more cramped but still doable. Very clean and a very friendly neighbour too!
- Paul (8/5): Good price, great location for walking - Good value for money. Perhaps better dining chairs and couldn't get any signal on the tv.
- Victoria (10/5): amazing nice and peaceful - was a amazing apartment nice and peaceful juat what I needed
- Sarah (10/5): Great location for exploring N Wales - great location - less than 10 minutes to the aqueduct and 15 mins to Ty Mawr country park. Very good value for money Minor issue finding property as entrance on Queen St but Peter was very helpful to locate it!
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorraine (8/5): Very good -
- Nigel (9/5): Lovely accommodation on the footholds of a country park and aqueduct - Clean, comfortable and everywhere easily accessible Nothing. Could have benefitted from a table lamp in the lounge. Had to keep moving the bedroom one in the evening. That’s only a small thing though. Lovely place!
- Richard (10/5): Comfy, accessible and well appointed. - Excellent location for exploring north Welsh borders, short walk to The Telford for food, with a path also to the aqueduct viewpoint. Beautiful view of the valley, with nice evening sun.
- Sian (9/5): Good value for money and comfortable -
- Dean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lewis (8/5): Great location for exploring - Great location to explore nearby attractions, property had all we needed.
- Anne-marie (8/5): Very good - The place was lovely and clean and smelt fresh on arrival. We had a problem finding it but rang Peter and he told us where to go. The apartment had everything we needed for our weekend away and the amount of places the area has to visit/ offer I was shocked by, can't wait to explore more of Wrexham. Can't really find much fault other than I do think the kitchen and bathroom could do with a blind or something up the windows and maybe folding door on kitchen. We wouldn't of had a problem but the dogs could see David and his friends keep coming forward and backwards through kitchen window,so it started them barking all the time.
- Emily (10/5): A perfect little break away. - Me and my daughter loved our stay here and will definitely be back. The space was very clean and has a beautiful view. It is also very close to a number of great walks and attractions. And the host was very helpful too!
- Kirstie (9/5): Lovely relaxed break - Lovely location.
Owners very helpful and attentive. Nothing
- Dean (10/5): Lovely & relaxing the perfect get away & stay just when you need it, youl come back feeling relaxed & refres - Spent Christmas & stayed till the Saturday, Fantastic break, location, many pubs, restaurant’s, shops & supermarkets the people are lovely & welcoming just an all round exceptional break & stay & would highly recommend & also definitely would/will be staying again, no complaints was just lovely all around stay ie apartment, facilities, veiws, things to do & lots of choice of getting out wether it’s just shopping, having drinks in a pub or eating out definitely recommend if you need a peaceful break & just to get away we came back feeling relaxed & refreshed & was well needed for us & couldn’t of chosen a better stay! 👌 10/10 N/A
