• David (8/5): - It was quiet and peaceful Had everything we needed and the police was clean. The drive up to it and opening two gates to get in and out. The hairdryer broke so we replaced it.
• Amanda (7/5): Nice villa however some facilities were not working as advertised/expected. - The villa is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood, a couple of minute drive from Nerja, or a 10/15 minute walk into the outskirts of the town. Great outdoor space with a nice pool and secure private parking. Unfortunately the UK TV Channels did not work at all during our week long stay, and the wifi was extremely poor. The agents sent around maintenance people and also the owner tried to assist to resolve these issues, however to no avail. It was important to us to have access to the UK TV and reasonable Wifi connection, so unless this is resolved, we would not consider this villa again if staying in the area.

• David (8/5): Very good - It was quiet, not too far from the town. When we arrived there was a power cut no-one got in touch to make sure we got here ok. The pool needed cleaning.
• Jonathan (5/5): Passable - Location We have been before - remote but walking distance to town, The villa itself is nice and clean l, the balconies are lovely and not overlooked Pool was cold, not maintained or cleaned The property looks remote however there is a residential property next door, which limits privacy We experienced a few issues whilst at the property with bad smelling drains - which took a while to be reviewed and still were not fixed by the end of the stay
• Catherine (8/5): Very good - Lots of outside space, with a small pool to cool down in. Quiet rural location, yet within walking distance to all amenities. A comfortable villa with well equipped kitchen.
• Russell (10/5): Perfect location, close to everything you need but quiet and secluded - Great location, villa is immaculately clean and very well looked after. Having to come home
• Caroline (5/5): Good size villa but cleanliness and derelict location very deceiving . - The location was private but extremely derelict surroundings . Pool was adequate. The cleanliness was minimal. No screening on doors for mosquitoes and they were everywhere in the house. Only one towel per person! The over sheets on the beds were not clean and most certainly had not been changed fresh so obviously we washed them immediately. The kitchen had not been cleaned glasses in cupboards filthy. Kitchen utensils supply very poor. Overall very disappointing
