• Sunil (10/5): Beautiful little apartment very well-located in Ipanema. - Located in Ipanema, this is five minutes walk from the famous beach. In the opposite direction it's a short walk to the lake. Also it's 20 minutes walk from Copacabana. Lots of restaurants in the area. The studio is rather small (basically a double bed, a wall desk and a longish entrance corridor with a kitchenette and fold-out guest bed. The fittings are impeccable, everything very new and smart. It's on the 6th floor and there's a good view of the town with a small patch of sea visible. The building has 24-hour security which made me feel very safe. The owner communicated with me over What's App and his colleague Amanda was waiting for me when I arrived there. The bathroom is also very neat. WiFi worked perfectly. The area around is as safe as it gets in Rio, I didn't feel threatened at any time, but then I'm also very careful with my belongings. Lots of police cars patrol this area day and night, and I guess this made me feel safer. There's really very little space to open a suitcase. But in this area, at this price, I feel this place was still a great deal. Not so sure if it's good for two people considering its size, but I was solo and had no problem.

• Adriano (10/5): Recomendo e retornarei em breve. - Localização é muito boa, próximo a padarias, comércios locais e muito perto da praia. As roupas de cama são maravilhosas, confortáveis e muito limpas. Anfitrião muito atencioso e gentil. Acomodação oferece uma parceria com Barraca em Ipanema com desconto em locação de cadeiras e guarda sol. Cama poderia ser maior um pouco, mas falta espaço
• Francisca (9/5): Buen lugar - Buena ubicación. Te dejan un agua de cortesía Ducha difícil de regular (no tenía frío/calor, solo mono llave) y salía un poco fría para mi gusto. Poca variedad de loza (por ejemplo faltaba bowl de desayuno para yogurt, fruta, granola, etc)
• Lais (10/5): Muito maravilhosa - Fiquei extremamente surpresa positivamente com todos os pontos… a localização é ótima, o apartamento é super aconchegante, de ótimo bom gosto, limpeza impecável! Com certeza voltarei e super recomendo!
• Caio (7/5): Foi excelente, recomendo! - A localizaçao é excelente, o studio é muito bem montado e decorado além disso o proprietario e time são muito presentes nos esclarecimentos de duvidas e solucoes rápidas de problemas. Tive alguns contratempos durante a locacao, mas o proprietario foi muito atencioso e disponivel resolvendo rapidamente o problema para garantir uma boa experiencia.

• Pietro (8/5): Nice enough - The apartment is well furnished and have mostly everything you need. Some coffee and drinking was avaliable at arrival. The air conditioning worked well. Nice touch. The apartament structure is very good, but some things annoyed me a lot. I arrived at 14h (the stipulated time for the chek in) but the room was only avalilable to me at 15h. I had to wait 1 hour outside while having to work. I made clear that I had to work to the owner beforehand, but it didnt make a difference. The pillows were too thin and the blanket had a stain on it that indicated that it wasnt washed before our arrival. For the advertising about the bed comfor in the announcement, it surelly wasnt good enough. The shower faucet was broken and I had to use pliers to open it and the kitchen cabinet had a strong humidity smell. These things seemed like that werent deal with for some time what points to poor administration. Finally, I stayed 1 whole week there and just one roll of toilet paper was available. I asked for more but it could only be given to me the next day, after the owners authorization. In my opinion, the apartment is very good, but could be handled better. The owner lives in the apartment next door and delegates the administration of the property to his house cleaner. Unfourtunatelly, she doesnt have the autonomy to do the job and these administration matters are handled poorly.

• Andre (10/5): Great location for metro and beach - Best location, right next to a park and metro station - this is why I booked it. Also only a very short distance from Ipanema beach. I loved the kitchenette. When I had a slight difficulty with the induction stove, the host helped me immediately. (User error, not appliance issues). The bathroom was very well laid out & big shower. Bed sheets were fantastic and snuggly.
• Melanie (9/5): Superb - Great little Appartment with very well used space. I thought it was quite quiet for being in such a central location. Perfect for a short stay. Environment felt very safe and there are lots of Restaurants and Bars close by. For my preference, the bed is a bit narrow.

• Kosich (10/5): Charles and his wife were so accommodating and accessible if I needed anything. As an American traveling to Brazil for t - Perfect space for someone traveling solo or a couple. Especially for an international traveler. Charles and his wife live across the hall and are extremely welcoming and hospitable. The location is perfect. They make you feel safe and right at home. Highly highly recommend. The space isn’t large but they make use of the space amazingly. There’s even a foldout bed that you wouldn’t notice. Really perfect for any traveler.
