• ΚΑΤΣΙΜΠΡΑΚΗ (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας ήταν απλά τέλεια! Το διαμέρισμα είναι ακόμα πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες, πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, αλλά αυτό που έκανε τη διαφορά ήταν η φιλοξενία. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ευγενέστατοι, πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε όλα και μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας από το πρώτο λεπτό. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Annita (8/5): Very comfortable and cosy - The appartment is renovated and very cosy and beautiful. Contains all facilities and amenities which makes it "at home", extra bed sheets and towels, shampoo, shower gel, even some other small details that helps travellers (washing machine and detergent, hair dryer, iron & iron board, hoover, cotton buds . Comfortable bed and couch, big tv, some cupboard items for cooking (oil, vinegar, etc.). Very interesting is also the safety door that lock itself after you close it for safety. The area that the appartment is located is not the center of the town for tourists, however, very easily accessible with the metro. The TV, had netflix, but everything was in Polish and had some difficulty changing the language. The elevator is quite small, and can operate only using a card, as we had a bulky instrument, someone had to go by the stairs.

• Cesar Alfonso (10/5): Best place in Athens - One of the best places I've ever stayed. The manager and his family are incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is very well-equipped. The location is excellent, the room is comfortable, and there's a balcony for hanging your laundry after washing it.

• ΙΩΑΚΕΙΜ (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούργιο, αερατο στον τέταρτο όροφο και γενικώς άνετο. Η τοποθεσία είναι προνομιακή μιας και βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 300 μέτρα (3-4 λεπτά με τα πόδια) από τον σταθμό μετρό Κάτω Πατήσια, οπότε κινείσαι εντός της πόλης άνετα. Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός, εξυπηρετικός και άριστος σε όλα! Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα αν θέλετε να μείνετε κάπου κεντρικά με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε καινούργιο διαμέρισμα. Προσωπικά θα το ξαναπροτιμησω αν το βρω διαθέσιμο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα.

• khosroo (10/5): - L’appartement est à deux pas du métro. Il dispose d’un ascenseur, il est très propre et parfaitement équipé. Même si nous n’avons pas cuisiné, la propriétaire met tout le nécessaire à disposition. Le top : il y a la climatisation dans chaque pièce. On trouve également une machine à laver ainsi que des produits de toilette, y compris du shampoing. La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de questions. Grâce au métro, vous pouvez facilement vous déplacer partout dans Athènes. Cet appartement mérite largement sa note de 10.

• Greg (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed 9 nights. The apartment is clean, modern, and well furnished. Comfortable bed and sofa. Great kitchen with everything you need. The balcony is a nice bonus. Screens on the doors and windows so that you can open them for air. Good hot shower and bathroom. Washing machine and drying rack. Wifi worked great. TV with all the apps. Good lighting in the main room which is always an underrated feature. Easy walk to the metro. Lots of shops and restaurants around and directly across from a grocery store. The one time I needed something the owner resolved it quickly. It looked like the photos. I enjoyed it and would stay again. The building is unimpressive when you first walk in, but the apartment itself is great. I'd recommend a lamp for the bedroom.
• Niki (8/5): Good but some improvements necessary. - Big bright apartment. Clean overall. But there were a few issues. I don’t think it was prepared fully for my arrival. Coffee machine used and not cleaned. My bed had some hairs I found in it, the stove top looked a bit worse for wear and the supposed welcome goods in the fridge don’t exist for solo travellers I was told (only for families). Not even a bottle of water which all previous apartments have. Didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveller coming home late at night.

• Eleanor (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great for the metro, very easy to find, very easy to get into the centre of the city in 20-25 minutes. I felt safe in the area as a solo female traveller. Supermarket right across the road. Flat was well equipped with everything I needed for my stay, host was very communicative and check-in/ check-out was easy and straight-forward (really appreciated after a long journey!). Very, very small thing, a suggestion not a criticism: a lamp in the bedroom would be great.

• Anna (10/5): Nice place to stay - Very nice and clean apartament. Everything brand new and working well. The building corridor also clean, lift in a building. Near to metro stadion. In both rooms air conditioning and two heaters in case of cold weather. The host nice and helpfull.
• Donald (10/5): Perfect stay with all amineties at easily accessible location - The flat was clean and had all facilities required for a comfortable stay including electric heater, all kitchen utensils, Air conditioners, Washing Machine, Driers,etc.. The bathroom was clean and neat. Location was easy to access with Metro line M1. The free Airport pickup cab offered during my booking was really useful and gave us a comfortable drop to location without hassle. Nothing specific.. The locking and unlocking of main door was bit complex and was not opening at times due to the confusions in manual and number key.. But the owner was kind to answer our questions anytime

The apartment was even better than we expected matching with all the owners descriptions and more. Effective and adjustable air conditioning separately in the bedroom and living room was a lifer saver to recover from the hot days activities. Quite nice and peaceful neighborhood with excellent metro connections. Two supermarkets and several smaller shops and restaurants available right next door. The host Erjon responded almost immediately to all questions both before and during the rental period. Highly recommended!!

• Nk (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and modern apartment. Essential facilities were available incl. Washing machine, toaster, fridge, Air cons and a good kitchen with all needed utensils. We stayed with 2 kids and we had a very comfortable stay. Our host Erjon was also very prompt and helpful in giving desired information on time. He even provided water, juice, wine and chocolates for the guests during check-in. Close to Kato Patissia Metro station and supermarkets, bakery, coffee shops and restaurants are all around the apartment.
