- Vinod (5/5): It was little disappointed and little surprised to see the above problem in such hotle - The location and breakfast was very good .Some staff was also good When I enter my room there was no telephone , no hanger to tie clothes , no dustbin and no water bottle . I have to complain for 2 time . I have go don’t and tell to Recption and there wax just one answer please don’t worry everything will be fine . We got phone after 2 days , WiFi use get disconnected automatically .And dinner is very expensive because of which we had only once and rest of time we have to go out .

- Nazim (7/5): Good hotel - The hotel was well located, in front of the Park mall, next to a tramway station and within the city centre. The staff was Nice with us. We were 2 people, they gave us only one towel, and we did not get shower gel. We tried to call the réception but the phone was not working, then we gave up.
