• Zana (10/5): Indimenticabile - Villa con tutto il comfort, posizione fantastica( certo le scale non si possono evitare a Herceg Novi), ma due passi dalla città vecchia, negozi, mercato. Arredamento nuovo e moderno, piscina abbastanza grande per fare la nuotata, vista mozzafiato, climatizzatori, cucina modernissima, li letti confortevoli e grandi. Frigo americano top! Ana sempre disponibile e raggiungibile per qualsiasi bisogno. Davvero tutto FANTASTICOOO! Assolutamente niente. Magari lavatrice anche se a noi non è servita ma magari non sarebbe male che ci sia

• Andy (9/5): The owner was very accommodating when we had a misunderstanding on the dates of our stay -our fault! - The villa was very spacious and clean. The lady who looks after the villa for the owner lives below the property and was very helpful. She met us on arrival to give us the keys and show us around. payment was a bit painful as they only take cash or bank transfer. It was difficult to get that amount of cash out from the bank so transferred the money but that cost me an additional fee from the bank.

• Matt (10/5): Fantastic villa, fantastic hosts, fantastic location. - Great location, short walk to the beach down some stairs but also a short walk into the old town. Villa is exceptionally furnished and comfortable with air conditioning in most rooms. Hosts are also exceptional and very welcoming, can't recommend enough.

• Piret (1/5): Misleading Listing - it's half-house WITHOUT POOL ACCESS and Unpleasant Experience - Location was OK: Misleading Listing and Unpleasant Experience I recently stayed at Vila Iva in Herceg Novi, and I must express my deep disappointment with the experience. The listing described the property as an entire villa with a pool and sea view, but upon arrival, it became clear that it was only half of the house. In small letters, they mentioned a "pool view," but this was far from what was promised in the heading. The beautiful exterior was deceiving, as the inside was very poorly renovated, giving more of a hostel vibe. The so-called hot tub/jacuzzi turned out to be an old bathroom tub from the '90s, which was far from appealing. One of the major disappointments was the lack of access to the pool, despite it being a significant factor in choosing this property. they said that then you need to book another half house - but listing was described ENTIRE PROPERTY WITH POOL. The hostess, who unfortunately did not speak English, made communication challenging and added to the overall frustration. Owner finally answered in Whatsup and as they not cancelled our booking and giving back our prepayment we needed to spend our night there. But payment terms where more interesting: The payment process was equally concerning, as they only accepted cash and refused to provide a receipt. The lady eventually wrote on plain paper that she took the money from us, even though Booking showed me a prepayment. So I still think they are scamming Booking.com too :D The bedding situation was like hostel: one pillow in bed without a cover so i needed to find by myself additional covers on the house and make bed normal. For the price of 400 EUR per night, I expected a much more authentic and friendly experience. Instead, I felt tricked and scammed by the listing. I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere, as there are undoubtedly better properties in the area that offer a more genuine and satisfying stay. This property is a scam, and I urge others to be cautious.
