• Aubrey (8/5): We were very comfortable in the apartment. - Alexa was very helpful and checked often to make sure that we were doing well. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean The extra bathrooms were a bonus and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated. We felt safe there with the security in the building. I feel that the apartment is best suited for people with their own transportation. I do not like to drive in foreign countries so did not rent a car. WE arranged for a driver from the airport through Booking .com but someone had the wrong address and we were much too late getting from the airport to Casa Copan . Alexa came to our rescue and we were able to meet her and get the keys to the apartment. She was very upset that the driver was given the wrong address by Booking .com We were exhausted by the time it got straightened out .
• Man (10/5): Exceptional - Everything very clean and comfortable, all the rest at convenience (shops, exchange house, city centre). The host is very well organised and very precise in information. Good area. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Kitchen very well equipped. Home feeling... I can't say that i didn't like it as nothing can be done for this. Despite the good area of living, it is still noisy towards the morning. Still, out of 3 weeks in Mexico, the best accommodation which we had at the optimal price.
