- Riana (1/5): Hotel je u vrlo lošem stanju i ne ispunjava osnovne uvjete za boravak gostiju. Soba je bila prljava, nehigijenska i zapu - nista sve je prljavo,soba je hladna klima neradi grijali se na grijalicu opste nema peskira nema wc papirja sve sto pise opste nije bilo prjetili na dodatno placanje,prosle godine je u tom hotelu umrla familja zbog neke bakterije u hotelu jel nema higijene u sobi,ukrali su nam stvari iz hotela za 60€ tu smo prijavili turisticni policiji nista nisu napravili niti napisalj neki zaposnik tako da opste nemamo reci,imamo sve dokaze dje smo spavali imamo dokaz da smo pisali za wc papir i take stvari..svaki dan su nas pitali kas idemo kuci kolko dana ostajemo,sobe nam nisu hteli cistiti soba je bila prljava nismo imali neke deke da se pokrijemo,ja sam se razbolela jel mi je bilo hladno navece,svako vece su nam trkali u 23:00 na vrata da idemo vani iz hotela ili da dodatno placamo znaci katastrofa ovo je treba prijavit ili nesto jel hotel je katastrofa neznam kako opste hotel radi ako je sve nehigijenicno,ljudi sto rade su vrlo vrlo bezobrazni opste nemaju kulture . Tijekom našeg boravka u hotelu doživjeli smo niz vrlo ozbiljnih i neugodnih problema.
Mi smo državljani Slovenije i boravili smo u ovom hotelu kao turisti. Već od samog dolaska suočili smo se s lošim uvjetima u sobi. Soba je bila nehigijenska, hladna, u lošem stanju i nismo imali osnovne uvjete za normalan boravak. Zbog hladnoće i loših uvjeta oboje smo se i razboljeli.
Tijekom boravka iz sobe su nam nestale osobne stvari i suveniri u vrijednosti oko 50 €. Riječ je o stvarima koje smo kupili u Istanbulu (suveniri, magneti, majica). Postoji sumnja da je čistačica prilikom čišćenja bacila ili odnijela naše stvari, ali hotel nije htio surađivati niti provjeriti situaciju.
Kada smo problem prijavili osoblju hotela, bili su izrazito nepristojni, bezobrazni i odbili su nam pomoći. Umjesto rješavanja problema, prijetili su nam dodatnom naplatom od 150 € i tražili da napustimo sobu. U više navrata su kasno navečer, oko 23 sata, agresivno kucali na vrata, što nas je dodatno uznemirilo i prestrašilo. Zbog toga se nismo osjećali sigurno i nismo mogli normalno spavati.
Pokušali smo pozvati policiju, ali policija nije napravila službeni zapisnik niti je ozbiljno pristupila našem slučaju, unatoč tome što se radi o krađi i prijetnjama turistima. Također smo primijetili da je ovaj hotel imao problema i s drugim gostima i prošle godine, što ukazuje na ponavljajuće nepravilnosti.
Hotel je u potpunosti odbio suradnju, nije ponudio nikakvo objašnjenje, povrat novca niti pomoć. Također smo više puta pokušali kontaktirati Booking.com, preko kojeg je rezervacija napravljena (preko Ryana Ratos), ali danima nismo dobili nikakav odgovor, iako se radi o ozbiljnoj situaciji.
Zbog svega navedenog osjećali smo se nezaštićeno, prevareno i ugroženo. Smatramo da se radi o ozbiljnom kršenju prava gostiju i turista te tražimo da se ovaj slučaj službeno evidentira i istraži, kao i da se poduzmu odgovarajuće mjere protiv hotela.

- Lorena (1/5): Mai in vita mia ho soggiornato in un albergo così SUDICIO. - Ovviamente Istambul è una bella città, tanto antica quanto moderna..Purtroppo, a dispetto di quanto pubblicizzato su booking, l'albergo in cui ho soggiornato non offre colazione, nemmeno un caffè, quando ho chiesto al receptionis mi ha quasi riso in faccia, in questo albergo è comunque tutto talmente sudicio che non avrei avuto il coraggio ne di mangiarci ne di berci nemmeno un caffè. Non offrono nemmeno accessori per il bagno, come saponette, shower gel o asciugamani. Mi hanno dato una camera non pulita, lenzuola sporche e urina stantia sul water e sul pavimento del bagno, al mio stupore ( schifo ) è stato chiesto cosa mi fossi aspettata per quello che ho pagato. Ho chiesto di darmi una camera pulita ma mi è stata negata a quel punto ho minacciato di andarmene in un altro albergo qualunque dietro l'angolo ed allora mi hanno dato un altra camera, sempre sporca, con ciabatte da uomo lasciate in giro e lenzuola usate ma almeno il bagno non era tanto sudicio quanto il precedente..la doccia naturalmente non è applicabile, era un doccino da lavare il cesso. Ho pensato ok, ce la posso fare, solo un paio di notti magari mettendomi sotto e sulle federe degli asciugamani puliti senza muovermi troppo posso dormirci..asciugamani che naturalmente ho dovuto supplicare per avere perché avevo pagato poco..quasi dimenticavo..solo il giorno dopo mi hanno offerto una saponetta per le mani...ho postato alcune foto, tengo a precisare che le ciabatte sul pavimento non sono mie, e comunque non rendono minimamente la sporcizia di quelle stanze e dell'albergo..Il giorno prima della partenza ho prenotato un taxi per l'aeroporto, " nessun problema " mi hanno detto.. naturalmente il giorno dopo ho dovuto quasi minacciare il receptionist perché mi procurasse un taxi che non arrivava è ho temuto di arrivare tardi per il mio volo. In ogni caso..la posizione di questo albergo non è ottimale..

- Dawn (1/5): Bad - Nothing avoid avoid avoid Everything we arrived to no accommodation and had to pay for another hotel for the night, returned the next day to be shoved in the most disgusting room in the world, made sure I voiced my opinion to reception who one minute could understand me and then magically the next couldn't finally got the accommodation we book for the mattress to have god knows what all over it and the shower black mold!!! And will booking help me No so €160 out of pocket and 1 ruined honeymoon and 1 ruined birthday, 100000000% avoid this hotel and this company

- Marlok (1/5): They sent me away at 2 AM! - So I just want everyone to know how this "stay" was for me. I paid for a family suite for 2 days. When I arrived to the hotel from the airport at 2 AM (!!!) the man at the reception said he doesn't find my reservation, and he didn't care that I showed my booking confirmation, he didn't help us. I talked to him for about half an hour, and he just watched the TV FROM THE COUCH IN A BLANKET!
How unrespectful is that?
I hope noone ever reserves a room here!

1. Despite the reservation registered on Booking, the property denied the evidence confirmed by the voucher on my phone;
2. Despite the payment of 91 euros already made by credit card on the Booking platform, we were forced to pay again in cash 105 euros for three nights without obtaining the receipt despite three requests to the Management;
3. The breakfast included in the price was not served for three days;
4. The bathroom in the room was narrow, dirty, with a practically unusable shower without a cabin and with moderately hot water. The shower was practically unusable because the pipe leaked water;
5. The bed sheets and blankets were very dirty and the heating system was unusable because it did not work, including the air conditioner disconnected from the power supply;
6. Even a bothersome water leak from the ceiling created a drip during the night on the bed.
For these reasons we ask the Booking platform for a refund of 91 euros already paid and we evaluate the cancellation from the same platform towards which we have trust and we want to remain customers in the future. It turned out they had no available room despite my prior booking through Booking.com. The walls were peeling, the water was cold, there were no towels, and the bedding was dirty. I do not recommend this place!

- Magdalena (3/5): This is probably the best review they have. - The staff were absolutely lovely and generous. We were always welcomed in and out, and they took care of everything we may need.
The things said on other negative reviews weren’t true- our stuff did not get robbed.
The location was very convenient.
I guess we liked the coat hangers. The bed had (possibly semen and blood) stains. The towels had brown stains on them.
We turned off a light and it never came back on with the switch.
The fridge did not work.
The bathroom was a sauna, filled with water and rust.
The cupboards were broken.
Only one plug.
- Konstantinos (2/5): Please just don't... - The location, although seeming poor and undeveloped is close to the old city center, grand bazaar and some basic stations. The staff didn't give us basic stuff like towels and blankets. We were cold in the night since it was 0 degrees outside and once we asked for one extra blanket but there was none. There was no heating either so they told us in a rude way to put on the aircondition. Then the electricity went out for all night long and there was no air condition either, so we froze to death and couldn't charge our phones. I am visually impaired and had to deal with lack of lights of any sort for that night which is unacceptable. The breakfast was very poor and of not very good quality. The building was very old, dirty and full of weird people who carried various stuff in and out of the hotel. Bathrooms were smelly and too old to use at ease.

I've been to a number of hotels and hostels in 3 continents and numerous countries but this hotel was one of, if not the worst I've stayed at. The overall cleanliness was almost non-existent. Linen was probably used before us, it was smelly and spotty. The handle was missing from the window. The curtain was not long enough to cover the windows. The light was not working in toilet. The toilet itself was not working properly, we had to fix it every other day. The promised AC was not working. The walls were just simply dirty. There was no drawer or anything to put clothes in. Nobody spoke english. The place is located next to a school and Turkish schools are unbearably loud, kids screaming into microphones, school bell rings super loud every 30 minutes. Breakfast was okay tho. At least I got to discover Istanbul a lot more than expected due to not wanting to spend any more time at the hotel than necessary. Oh yeah and the wifi was incredibly slow, we were most of the time unable to use.

The facilities and rooms provided were not as they were described at all. The bathrooms were not clean and the bedrooms were dirty with stained mattresses and bedsheets. The rooms booked were not the rooms we were given. Also, the rooms were not cleaned from the previous guests before being handed over to us. The drainags system of the bathrooms did not work. The drain would get blocked when showering and the toilets leaked, resulting in the rooms smelling. The AC in one of the rooms wasn't working

- E (5/5): You got what you paid for.... - The property is close to Grand Bazaar and University, if you want to meet all African clothing and shoes merchant, this is the area, the terrace has an interesting view, and Mohammad will try his best to feel welcome The property has maintenance issues, is a bit far to public transportation, 8-10 min walking distance and is at the bottom of a hill
