• ewyena (10/5): Lovely, relaxing and calm place - cleanliness, location, calm and relaxing beautiful environment, tower fan in the hottest days, simple check-in and out, lovely place I liked everything, but I am a single traveller. For couples it might be a bit small for longer stay

• Stuart (9/5): Perfect weekend - It had all the facilities we needed and was very comfortable. Room got a bit too hot with only a small high level window to open. We had to have the door open, which felt a bit unsecured, as there was no gate between the road and the Studio itself.

However, the postcode provided in the booking details from Booking.com was incorrect. A quick call to Simon resolved it, and I was able to get the correct postcode—no issue at all.

• Roger (10/5): Exceptional - Unfortunately, I arrived at the property around 9 PM, later than I had expected, and it was quite dark. As a result, I couldn't see the directional sign for The Studio, which left me searching around the entrance to find the door to the property. Fortunately, Sue was there to help. She knew who I was and escorted me to the front door, assisted with the key situation, and showed us around the property. It was first-class service.

A great place to unwind for our last 2 nights visiting the UK. Great little pub just up the road and loved visiting the picturesque nearby village of Knaresborough. Thoughtful and responsive hosts. Spacious studio apartment with everything you could possibly need, I loved that every small detail was thought of, including a welcome book with tips and recommendations, fresh milk in the fridge, guides and manuals to electronics.. I had the most restful weekend I’ve had in a long time! I’ll 100% be back. Thank you for accommodating a later check out Simon and Stella. Leaving! I could happily live there!

Tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, fresh milk, biscuits etc. Extra toilet roll, kitchen roll and tea towel/s. Salt and pepper. Shower gel. Couldn't have asked for more. Lovely location, peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend. The only thing missing was an iron, which I brought anyway. Could actually live there.
• Vera (10/5): Perfect accommodation, location and weather. - The Studio was perfect for our needs. It is compact but contained everything we required. It is in a fabulous location for visits to The Nidd Gorge, Grassington, Ripley, Knaresborough, Harrogate and York. Couldn’t fault it.

• Sam (10/5): Beautiful place, such a wonderful place x - This was a beautiful property, we could have literally lived in it ! Easy to find, easy to get in. There is a lovely pub about 5 minutes walk away which we used on our first night but our 2nd night we had a takeaway & sat outside the studio which was lovely. We've been working locally this weekend & if the event happens again next year we'll be booking again x Nothing we can think of, the studio is wonderful

Would love to stay again! - Excellent facilities, lovely space, spotlessly clean, all the amenities you could need, friendly host, quiet location and only around 12 minutes from Harrogate. We stayed whilst attending a family wedding and we already have had family ask for the studio's details for when they're back this way visiting again. Both of us didn't sleep as well as expected and had a stiff neck so I think the pillows just weren't to our taste. It absolutely wouldn't put us off coming back again. I appreciate I'd forgotten a message sent a couple of months ago which would have helped, but the postcode does need changing on the listing as we'd just used the "get directions" section and it sounds like we might not have been the first.

• Emma (8/5): Quiet and bright stay - Lovely modern all in one stay, great to have space to cook and eat, quiet and easy to find, comfortable, hosts communicated well and also left a wealth of information for browsing. Patio doors let a lot of light in, look out to private seating area. Despite the no pets advertised, there were short cat/dog hairs on the rug and chair.

The kitchen is very kitted out and the bed was comfy. The host also responded to any queries quickly. Shower temperature/ pressure could have been better.
• Joe (10/5): Exceptional - This is my first stay at the Studio. 6 miles out of Harrogate and you feel like you are in the countryside. I would say that the Studio is the best conversion I have seen. The attention to detail was superb. Everything worked beautifully and very peaceful. Netflix on TV was great and welcome milk and some biscuits was nice. Good quality fittings and ancillaries and overall an excellent stay with very professional hosts. Perfect for business stays and for couples. Well done the Studio! Nothing - all good.

• Benn (9/5): Lovely property, but quite far away from local towns and facilities - Very comfortable, excellent facilities and very friendly and helpful owner. Struggled to find it at first because the Satnav didn’t like the postcode at all and sent us miles away. Lovely location but extremely hard to get a taxi to pick us up. We ended up walking to the local pub to order one and waiting nearly an hour.
