- Merouane (2/5): Rapport qualité-prix décevant malgré une belle vue et un bon emplacement. - La vue est agréable et l’emplacement de l’appartement est bon. L’état général de l’appartement ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. Plusieurs équipements sont dégradés et nécessitent une rénovation importante. La porte du balcon était coincée, il y avait une odeur désagréable provenant des toilettes, ainsi que des fissures visibles au plafond. Nous avons également constaté la présence d’insectes dans l’appartement. Le logement ne fournissait pas les produits d’hygiène de base, notamment le papier toilette et certains articles essentiels. La connexion Wi-Fi était très faible et totalement absente durant la dernière nuit. Les matelas ainsi que les fauteuils sont très anciens, usés et peu confortables, ce qui donne une impression générale de mobilier mal entretenu. Enfin, la taxe de séjour a été demandée sans qu’aucun reçu ou justificatif ne soit fourni. Je ne recommande pas cet appartement tant qu’une rénovation complète et une amélioration générale du confort, des équipements et de l’hygiène ne seront pas effectuées.
