Really loud front door/ guests. Could hear every single time the door opened and closed, as well as every guest to go up the stairs. No way to bolt the door from the inside, so would not recommend to single female travellers.

Sabrina is a wonderful host we felt warm welcomed and all we need she was there for us. I got sick one day and she cares a lot about me bringing me help early in the morming. Pretty much recomended place to stay in Monopoli!

• Szymon (10/5): - Przestronny taras Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia - duża lodówka Czysto Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja Nowoczesny wystrój, widać że mieszkanie jest nowo wyremontowane Świetna lokalizacja w ścisłym centrum Mieszkanie wygodne dla 2+1 lub 2+2 WiFi działało dość słabo - ciągle rozłączało Nasz apartament znajdował się na ostatnim piętrze - jeśli podróżujecie z osobą starszą lub z dużymi bagażami to stronę schody mogą być wyzwaniem. Natomiast był to jedyny apartament na ostatnim piętrze, inne są znacznie niżej :)
• Colinda (9/5): Old historic view with modern and trendy food. - Perfect place in the old town. No cars so quit and safe to walk.Rooms are modern, clean and large. Parking for your car is on 5 minutes walk and if you’re lucky even for free (white zone) 👍 All good, no remarks. Very friendly owner.
• Maria Victoria (9/5): Alojamiento con excelente ubicación - El hospedaje está ubicado en pleno casco histórico, un lugar hermoso y con mucho encanto, a la vuelta de una plaza muy linda. Si viajás en auto, tené en cuenta que los fines de semana cortan el acceso al centro histórico, por lo que hay que dejarlo en un estacionamiento un poco alejado. El departamento estaba impecable: muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía. El baño es enorme! La cama muy cómoda, las sábanas suaves. La anfitriona nos recibió de maravilla, ¡muy divina! Sin dudas volveríamos. 🌟 Tiene un patio interior, aunque entra poca luz natural y las luces son bastante frías; quizás sería más acogedor si algunas fueran más cálidas/amarillas.

The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We truly felt at ease during our stay and would definitely come back again.

• Teresa (10/5): - Das Zimmer liegt in einer kleinen Nebengasse der wunderschönen Altstadt. Es ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man innerhalb von 2 Minuten mittendrin. Parken dementsprechend bitte außerhalb, da die Altstadt für Autos gesperrt ist. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit dem check in war total unkompliziert, sehr nett und professionell! Und sehr herzlich 🤗❤️ unser Zimmer war total modern, renoviert und sehr sauber. Espresso-Maschine war natürlich am Start, genau wie kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist total neu und sehr schön und groß! Wirklich toll!!! Es ist Platz für die Koffer. Auch nach/vor dem Check in. Die Treppe ist sehr steil, das sollte man vielleicht bzgl Gepäck wissen! -
• Andre (9/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft - Zentrale Lage, sehr großes Zimmer mit viele Ablage-Möglichkeiten. Sehr schön hergerichtet Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage. Kein Zimmerservice, frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier nur auf Nachfrage. Zimmertür ist mit einem elektronische Türdrücker ausgestattet, aber der Code ist viel zu schwach.

• Federica (10/5): Ottima scelta per chi cerca praticità, comfort e una posizione strategica. - La struttura si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Monopoli, in una posizione davvero comoda per chi desidera esplorare la città a piedi e immergersi nell’atmosfera del borgo antico. Allo stesso tempo, è a pochi passi dal mare, il che la rende perfetta anche per chi vuole godersi la spiaggia senza spostarsi troppo. L’ambiente è accogliente e ideale per due persone. La camera è pulita, ben tenuta e offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole.

• Aline (10/5): Quarto lindo, limpo e bem localizado. - A decoração era linda! Pensem em um quarto limpo, apresentável e acolhedor... era assim! Tinha espelho de corpo (coisa que não tivemos em todas as hospedagens). Gostamos da facilidade da comunicação com a anfitriã que conseguiu antecipar nosso checkin. Valeu super a pena escolher esse quarto, mutio bem localizado no centro histórico de Monopoli. Silencioso ao redor, sem ruídos de bares ou restaurantes. Mas ao caminhar por 1 minuto, ja estava na rua principal perto do porto e dos restaurantes. O banheiro era grande, com espelho amplo, bancada espaçosa para colocar maquiagens e afins. Apesar de ter levado meu secador, ela disponibilizava. É uma caminhada de 20 minutos até a estação ou existe a opção de taxi e onibus, mas preferimos acessar o local apé mesmo e foi tranquilo pelo google maps.

• fabio (8/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto e personale molto cordiale e disponibile - Posizione ottima, camera comoda, bagno con ampia doccia e stanza con aria condizionata funzionante (fortunatamente perché non è scontato) Suggerirei alcuni piccoli dettagli da perfezionare come l’acqua in frigo quando il cliente arriva, il condizionatore magari acceso per trovare una camera già fresca, uno stendino da balcone per i panni più “stabile”, ma sono solo piccoli particolari

She showed us the best places to eat, she was always there when we had questions about the sights . The flat is lovely, great air conition, everything was clean. The bathtroom was very spacious. If we visit Monopoli again, we would definitely book Donna Vita again!

We had a car breakdown and a 3 hour delay without being able to contact them, and they were still super friendly and helpful when we got there. The location is fantastic, in a pedestrian area right in the core of the city centre. Facilities very clean and bed very comfortable. Amazing stay

• Philip (9/5): A very comfortable stay with a great host. - The apartments are accessed by foot in a quiet (and safe) back street. Sabrina was very kind and welcoming despite my late arrival, after midnight, due to a plane delay. In the morning she accompanied me to show me where I could eat breakfast. Less than 2 minutes away. The room and en suite shower room were large, modern and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

• Jakub (8/5): Good location but not comfortable - Good located apartment in the old town of Monopoli. Not easy communication with owner. We arrived around 4 p.m and waited more then 1 hour for check-in. We booked two rooms and ready was only one. Aparments are new renovated, bathroom is very nice and spacious but air condition didnt work, mattresses are 30 cm smaller than bed, there is no shampoo. Rooms are very cold.
