• Martini (4/5): Da migliorare - Posizione ottimale per vicinanza Ospedale, parcheggio in strada a pochissimi metri, materasso e cuscini confortevoli, metratura adeguata e spazi ben organizzati Purtroppo l'impianto di climatizzazione non consente la funzione di riscaldamento, quindi per un brusco calo delle temperature (primi di ottobre) faceva freddo; il riscaldamento centralizzato era ancora spento per via delle disposizioni ambientali comunali. Era comunque presente una coperta in più per la notte.

• Guest (7/5): - Struttura basica ma pulita, per un breve soggiorno va bene. Purtroppo al nostro ingresso c'era un fortissimo odore di deodorante per l'ambiente estremamente invadente che ci ha costretto ad aprire le finestre. Sembrava ci fossero 50 abre magique insieme. Sconsiglio a chi pulisce di spruzzare questi profumatori intensi perche possono dare molto fastidio soprattutto a chi va per terapie presso l'Ospedale in quanto allergizzanti.
