• Charles (9/5): Overall I would recommend itt to anyone wanting to stay at a comfortable place in Pagadian - Clean even though it’s under some construction. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, the suite is amazing. The breakfast was excellent if you got to it between 7 and 8. The construction was noisy at times, the elevator was small

• Frederick (8/5): Beautiful place, clean, with attentive staff - Staff responded quickly to requests, including showing how to turn on the hot water and connect the tv to the internet. The buffet breakfast was nice. At the buffet breakfast, we apparently, could have ordered eggs to our liking. No staff ever told us this and we only learned of this choice after breakfast on the last morning. It was as if the information were withheld to make their job easier. Also, an old front desk clerk pulled the routine of pretending to ignore me while reading her magazine. Everyone else was quite nice.

• Justus (10/5): fun and enjoyable place with great staff. - The connivence of the place and comfort of the hotel and kindness of stall. The location as not enough parking and parking is on a slope.

• Steven (10/5): Nicest hotel in Pagadian. - First of all this hotel is in the provinces and is hands-down, the nicest one in Pagadian. That said you need to measure your expectations. This is a very nice place and they work really hard for you to enjoy the experience. It was great.

The bathroom .the entry to the bathroom is tight,the door could not be fully open and the sink is too big,so you have to enter sideways especially if the person is on,the bigger side. The water on the shower floor drain slowly ,you will be standing on a pool of water.

Nice living room n large bedroom Large bathtub was more of safety hazard than luxury due to risk of slipping when getting in n out of it. A smaller but safer bathtub would have sufficed. Can use extra toilet paper in bathroom too, as well as facial tissue box. I suggest add a liner to window drapes to filter the sunlight n for privacy, and switch to wall shampoo n body wash for environmental concerns.

Paying 4400 peso for a night stay thru booking online does not match the room expectations

The staff is bit of a racist because we’re Filipino not a foreigner the treatment is way different. And the breakfast was like first come first serve and very small menu.so don’t expect to much in this hotel.

• Steve (8/5): Very helpful and friendly, good accomodation - Warm welcome, personally guided. The owner of the hotel is a kind man and always available for help and to find your way around in town with his good connections. The staff is LGTB friendly and not judging you. The room is large for a 3 star hotel and the bed is good. No rats or bugs. Just do not expect 5 star international facilties in this town.. Nothing really bad to say only that 1 night the locals had a party in the room at night on our floor and they made lots of noise. I went outside couple of times but they didn't seem to be bothered. We were politely asked not to make noises after 10pm and we honored this request.
