Guest Reviews
- Szeanica Daves (8/5): honestly location wise its good but no steam iron and no bidet - i like that it was near the bus stop and family mart maybe the lack of bidet plus the tiny trash bin in the bathroom
- さゆり (3/5): 良くなかった - 立地 掃除が行き届いていない、エアコンがカビ臭い、チェックインが分かりにくい、値段が高い

- Lorena (10/5): The location was absolutely great . Still in Shibuya but far from the crowds and easy to get around . Restaurants around - The location , the beds, the fact they have a kitchen and nice table . The only thing , self check in was a bit tricky to understand but once you get it was easy .
- Gage (4/5): Great location, but not very clean. - Location was great. Super close to convenience stores, small restaurants and a pharmacy. A very quick walk to Yoyogi Park as well. The nearby train station was also essential for all the traveling we did. The beds were super comfy. Cleanliness was an issue. The shower was covered in black-colored mold on the walls and fan. Some dishes and bowls weren't properly cleaned. One of the remotes for the lights didn't work and had rusty batteries. The toilet fan didn't work. There was lots of dust under the beds.
The neighborhood was loud. I think it was near a police and fire station, so loud sirens could be heard regularly throughout the day and occasionally at night.

- Andrea (9/5): Convenient, comfortable and lots of hidden gems to explore - Fantastic location - close to transport and a great area to explore
- Sasha (9/5): Met all of our needs for the week for a great price, in a very convenient location close to train station and food. - Great location. Short walk to the train station and only about 15 minute walk to Shibuya scramble. Local markets and lots of food options. This is a college campus neighborhood so lots of coffee shops, bagels and donuts, and cute thrift shops. Great little art gallery. The room had a clean fridge and the bathroom was clean and had great water temperature and pressure. Check in process was a bit confusing, I could not figure out how to the online check in through the URL. But once we reached out via booking messenger we were able to get the room code and wifi quickly. The beds were a bit uncomfortable in our opinion. And there must be a fire-department or police station nearby perhaps ambulances, lots of sirens at night.
- Amy (8/5): Very good -
- Dr. (7/5): The location and the apartment were good, there was just no commitment with whoever was renting it. - The location was excellent. The apartment comfortable. Enough space for 4 persons. Very calm area but very close to Shibuya, just 2 metro stations. Unfortunately, we found the bathroom with a clogged sink. We contacted the 'person in charge of the apartment' (we also sent a photo), but unfortunately nothing was done.
The apartment was rented for 4 adults and for 4 days... we had 4 towels and 3 duvets... not acceptable. We asked the 'person in charge' for more towels without success.
My point is, business is not only about money, but also about service and customer satisfaction.
- Mayelin (8/5): Affordable and Studio Conveniently close to Shibuya and Harajuku - I like the price. I liked the location, it’s a few train stops away from shibuya and Harajuku. I like that there was a laundry and 7/11 close by. The neighborhood is clean and feels safe. I like experiencing a Japanese home rather than a hotel environment for example seeing the bathroom and appliances. I liked that little soaps were included as well as towels. There’s also some nice restaurants around the area. We liked the Levain restaurant within walking distance. I didn’t like needing to be super quiet in the studio and needing to whisper, it wasn’t horrible though since we were barely there. They have a washing machine, but no English instructions to follow on how to use it. I didn’t like that there was no iron or ironing board, available. I didn't like that there were many ants, but they were harmless. Since there were four of us in the room I didn’t like how I couldn’t turn on lights without lighting the whole studio. Maybe it would be nice to have a little lamp by the kitchen table. I didn’t like they the balcony was not a real balcony but more of a ledge, before I went to Japan I pictured myself using this balcony to sit and read but one could only stand and it was right at street level. I didn’t like that we couldn’t leave our luggage’s since check in was so late. Lastly I didn’t like how it wasn’t super easy to get in touch with the booking manager via phone, but we could communicate through emails.
