Guest Reviews
- hugues (10/5): - Endroit très propre à 10 mn à pied aéroport , très silencieux il y a tout autour pour manger tirer de l argent ect grab et tuktuk pour aller a sianoukville Ras franchement surprise il mérite un 10
- Erwan (6/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): Great location for the airport - You can walk to the airport or grab a cheap ride there so it's a perfect location for an early morning flight.
The area isn't the most attractive and lacks tourist facilities, so just bear this in mind as there is not a lot to do around the guesthouse.
Staff were super friendly and helpful The room was comfy and clean, but could do with a bit of TLC
- Gabriel (6/5): -
- Nikola (8/5): - If you need to stay near the airport for a night, this is the perfect place. The room was spacious and very clean, and the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the airport. There isn’t much to do in the area, and there are no nearby shops. However, since the purpose of our stay was to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, it worked perfectly for us.
- Remko (6/5): - Vlakbij airport
Kamer was ok
Front office jongen hielp mij prima Geen creditcard betaling ondanks dat dat wél in bevestiging stond!!!
- Mardonius (10/5): -
- Joe (8/5): Comfortable and clean stay for an early morning flight - Comfortable and clean Not much for food around
- Charlie (2/5): Very basic hotel good for a one night stay to go to the airport - The only reason to stay here is because it’s walking distance to the airport. The bed was clean and there was AC. Staff spoke no English and checking in was very very difficult. It took us a long time to find out what the problem was and why we can’t go to our rooms.
Don’t expect much from the local area for restaurants or bars. The hotel is on a busy road with very poor or no footpath.
- Sellathamby (8/5): - It’s very near to the sihnkuville airport. 10 minutes by foot.
- Piotr (4/5): -
- Lance (5/5): -
- Derek (7/5): - Modern, very clean. A five minute tuk-tuk ride to the airport, so handy if you have a morning flight. No breakfast available or kettle for coffee and no bar fridge in the room. A kiosk out of the front of the hotel sells the basics.
- Marthe (1/5): -
- Doug (7/5): - Close to airport Front rooms noisy from road traffic
- Ana (7/5): Near the airport - Good accomodation for one night and if you have an early flight, as you can easly go on foot to the airport.
Seemed safe and the staff is friendly. There's not many things around to do and see, nor restaurants to eat.
It doesn't have a lift.
The sheets and pillow corvers were not clean. The staff barely speaks english.
You must pay with cash but be aware to have the exact amount as they may not have change.
- Lisa (6/5): Pleasant - Location for a morning flight at the airport good. Room clean but very basic. Upon arrival we were asked to pay cash and as we were leaving Cambodia the next morning we had spent what we had. Luckily an ATM was a short walk away but prior warning would have been good. I would also suggest taking food as limited choice around, although a fab little coffee shop nearby opens at 0630.
- Benjamin (7/5): Good -
- Oksana (8/5): Excellent location for airport - Close proximity to the airport. Only 10min walking No coffee favilities
- Nicola (9/5): Excellent transfer hub! - I booked it because I had an early flight, it was perfect! Nothing!
- Paula (10/5): Best experience ever! - I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful the owners are of this hotel! I left my purse in my taxi, and the owners put me in their car and and they actually found the taxi and got my purse back no problem. They saved my trip! The hotel was very clean. And very close to a local fresh market. Really good restaurants within walking distance. I chose this place because it was close to the airport, and the price was incredibly good. Next time I layover Sihanaukville, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommend. Nothing
- Lafond (8/5): Very good -
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and price. Very friendly. Clean room and bedding. Walk out to the main street, turn left and walk for about 100 yards. You will find a great place to eat, fresh, made to order and cheap. Not open for breakfast.
- Janis (7/5): A good stay for the airport. - Good location for the airport. Cheap, clean, and comfortable. Good sized room.
Cheap street food all around. Noisy road.
- Nicholas (5/5): Good to get out of Sihanoukville fast - Near airport, clean No toilet roll, towels, or wifi password on arrival. Grumpy staff. Bomb site location. Don’t eat next door, you’ll get ignored.
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Solomon (7/5): Convenient, clean and super easy to get to the airport for any early morning flights. - Great place to overnight for an early morning flight, wouldn't stay there for fun, just convenience for the 10:40am flight to Saigon. Staff were easy to deal with at check in and helped take my suitcase up the stairs. Room was clean and aircon was cold, couldn't ask for more for $20USD a night.
- Mia (7/5): Good - Our room was clean and The staff was Nice. It is very close to The AirPort. It’s far away from The city Centre.
- Maria (9/5): Superb - Excellent accommodation 11 minutes walk to airport
- Leisa (7/5): Good value for money - New guesthouse. Clean & tidy Staff were not that friendly but I think because of language barrier.
- Irena (4/5): Mosquitoes problem, loud customers. - It was close to the airport which we needed. There were restaurants around. It was the chinese new year and other customers (cambodian, not chinese) were very noisy for the whole night on the hotel halls. I tried to ask people to be considerate and quiet down, but more people showed up shouting, making phone calls, kids running like in the middle of the day. Very rude and inconsiderate. I couldn't sleep.
There was air conditioning in the room which we wanted, but for some crazy reason, hundreds of mosquitoes were comig from it when we turned it on! So in order for mosquitoes to not bite us whole night, we couldn't use air conditioner for the whole night and it was very hot for sleeping. There was no net on the windows so we couldn't even open them.
Very hot and unpleasant night, with loud people in the hotel. I would advice the hotel to solve the problem with mosquitoes coming from the air conditioner, and turning off the lights in the halls so that people remember It's night time. Without these problems it will be okay. We just needed a place to sleep, but we couldn't get even that, which is why unfortunately I need to leave a bad review.
- Sarah (9/5): Smart new hotel rooms at budget price near airport - Newly and very well-fitted, spacious bedroom - everything good quality and new (bed linen, pillow, bathroom, etc. Good (new) electrical sockets as well. It is very close to airport (6000 KHR on Grab or less if you just hail a tuk-tuk on the main road the guesthouse is situated on - the driver who stopped for me asked for 4000 KHR.) Rather unsprung firm mattress.
And - not a bad thing per se, I accept - but this is a hotel attached to a family home and run by a family - and their various small children - so expect a reception area that resembles a crèche with a backdrop of screaming toddlers during your check in process and from quite early in the morning. Some people will fortunately find this charming.
Google translate will be helpful if any communication with the family is required.
- Derek (7/5): Fine for an airport sleepover and there are some facilities locally. - Very close to the airport and at a reasonable price. Spacious room and very clean. Hardest bed I have ever laid on in my life
