Guest Reviews
- Stuart (6/5): Nice location and decent property. A few things need fixing to ensure value for money is related to - Property location in relation to the City.
Layout of the rooms. There were a few frustrations that should be addressed for future guests:
1- The oven tripped the electricity every time you tried to use it.
2- The door handle between the porch & the lounge was broken - meant you could be trapped in or out!
3- The bathroom main light cord is very temperamental and is probably about to break - should be replaced.
4- The mattress in the main bedroom is not comfortable - slopes forward (not good sleeping position) and sags in the middle.
- Frances (8/5): Very good - There was no electricity when we arrived and we had to call to get instructions to get it to work. Water pressure kept dropping and we needed to go to the boiler several times during stay to get heater and hot water to work. I could not find trash bags to take out trash daily.
- Bex (8/5): overall really great stay just a few tiny downfalls. Would definitely book again - huge, warm, comfortable beds, double rooms, multiple keys! the shower was rubbish, no milk sachets (it was late on a Sunday when we arrived everywhere was closed) not enough sugar (sometimes I don’t want to go out to buy a huge packet for a few days)
- Siu (8/5): Would recommend. - Excellent location next to Oxford train Station (10 mins walking). Good links for buses to city centre and Headington. Quiet area, no traffic noise can be heard (except train horns infrequently ). Management company did not provide enough bin bags for the entire stay, forced to buy my own bin bags. Boiler sometimes drops below the minimum operating pressure, requiring manual reset. Garden is a bit overgrown. Some of the pans provided don’t work with the induction hob.
