The staff are very accommodating, rooms are clean, I felt very comfortable here as a solo traveller. The location is a highlight as it is central, yet it's down a side street so it is very quiet. The restaurant is good.. they do room service until late. I didn't experience any rowdy guests, even with a swim up bar. The vibe was very chill. Easy access to and from airport. We visited for our honeymoon, and the thoughtful gesture of decorating our room, along with a complimentary dessert and a heartfelt congratulatory placard, made our stay truly special and unforgettable.

The staff were exceptional! So helpful and went above and beyond. The pool was a great temperature to cool down! The breakfast was so delicious and the choice of sweet AND savoury every morning made to order, Wow!! (Wouldn’t recommend for families with kids) More sun lounges!

• Ian (10/5): - The Mahata is the best hotel ive found in the local Legian/Kuta area for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a clean, modern & stylish hotel. Dinner there was great too, the food was delicious and the staff were excellent - I was very well looked after by Prames, who made me feel welcome and was very kind and helpful all evening.

• Andreas (10/5): Das Besondere daran ist das Besondere darin 😍 - Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, was unserem Aufenthalt eine besondere Note verliehen hat. Zudem war unser Zimmer makellos sauber, es gab täglich zwei Flaschen Wasser und ein stabiles WLAN! Der Pool mit Swim Up-Bar lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Im Restaurant gibt es eine Vielzahl an leckeren Speisen und Getränken, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Zudem passt auch der äußerst freundliche Roomservice. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes mit dem Hotel lief erstklassig, zügig und absolut verbindlich! Absolute Empfehlung, das Mahata - vielen Dank für diesen besonderen Aufenthalt!

• Kylea (10/5): It didn't disappoint. We will definitely stay again. - The amazing staff were welcoming and friendly and always greeted/addressed us by name. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The only thing I could suggest is a small table and chairs outside the room.

Really comfortable bed, great bathroom & enjoyed the pool The only issue was the slippery tiles. We were there in December & when it rained it was very dangerous getting to our room. Maybe they could put a clear rough topping on the tiles

• SeungEun (10/5): Took great care of us during our stay - We were a couple whom unfortunately were sick for other reasons during the period of our stay, and while staying in Mahata for 4 nights, we had a quiet and comfortable time to rest and recover. We also felt we were being taken care of by the staffs. Communication with staffs was a breeze. Appreciate their attentiveness and we'd recommend Mahata to anyone visiting nearby.
