• Ahmed (1/5): Very Poor Experience Not Recommended - Nothinhg Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The problems started from the reception, where the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. The check-in process was slow and poorly managed. The food quality was below acceptable standards in terms of taste, hygiene, and variety. It did not meet basic expectations for a hotel stay. Privacy was also a major concern. Noise, lack of sound insulation, and poor room management made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the service level did not justify the stay, and the hotel failed to meet basic hospitality standards. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

• Ahmed (1/5): Honestly Never again - I’m not sure if i liked anything here , though I’ve been to many different hotels around the world, maybe the room size was OK The evening receptionist was not very friendly or welcoming. There was a noticeable smell of smoke in the property. The toilet bidet was broken, and the room was not very comfortable. The location was not convenient, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. I also noticed a mouse in the lobby. The breakfast quality was poor.

• JOYE (8/5): - Bien situé à 15 minutes de l'aéroport du Caire. Proche de l'Eglise Copte Sainte Marie de Zeitoune, lieu d'apparition connu en Egypte. Quartier typique du Caire. L'hotel possède une grande piscine, un retaurant. Bon service et bon rapport qualité prix. Je n'ai résidé qu'une nuit.

• عمار (3/5): لن اكرر التجربة فيه مرة أخرى .. دون المتوقع بكثير.. - صالة الاستقبال واسعة .. والموظفون ودودون .. كل الشكر لهم. الفندق أثاثه قديم جدا، المناشف قديمة، الغرف متهالكة، لا يوجد حذاء لدخول الحمام، ولا مناديل ورقية لا في الحمام ولا الغرفة وهذا شيء عجيب فندق يصنف أربع نجوم وبهذا المستوى مجرد منديل ورقية لا توجد في الغرف .. والمطعم واسع لكن الإفطار هزيل ولا يرقى لمستوى تصنيف الفندق لا من جهة الإدام كالفول والاومليت الذي يعده الشيف ولا من جهة المخبوزات ولا المشروبات .. نجمة واحدة كثيرة عليه. تنزل وسط البلد فنادق ثلاث نجوم بربع قيمته وقمة في النظافة والروعة .. لن اكرر التجربة فيه مرة أخرى ..

• Wafaa (1/5): Catastrophique - L’emplacement. Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure avant de recevoir nos chambres, sous prétexte qu’on allait nous donner « deux chambres canons ». Finalement, ce n’étaient même pas celles devant la piscine, comme promis. Une fois dans la chambre, la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer : les draps étaient sales, avec des traces de maquillage, des poils et des cheveux. Le ventilateur extracteur faisait un bruit insupportable, les toilettes fuyaient au niveau des canalisations et il y avait de la poussière un peu partout. Nous avons signalé ces problèmes à la réception. La personne chargée de l’entretien est venue rapidement et a fait de son mieux pour arranger la situation. Elle a changé les draps avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bonne volonté, mais cela n’a malheureusement pas suffi à compenser les nombreux manquements de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était également très décevant : les œufs semblaient avariés, avec une odeur désagréable, et il n’y avait pratiquement aucun choix proposé. C’est vraiment dommage, car le cadre pourrait être agréable, mais le manque d’hygiène, de rigueur et de qualité du service ne correspond pas du tout aux attentes que l’on peut avoir pour ce type d’établissement.

Checked in on Sunday and was suppose to check out Saturday which is today but I left on Tuesday and booked myself an Airbnb.
• Javier Antonio (8/5): Perfecto para estar cerca del aeropuerto y moverse mas rápido hasta alli - Estuvimos dos veces en este hotel. El personal es super amable y te atienden en todo momento. Llegamos al hotel pasadas las 23:00 pero nos ofrecieron enseguida cenar algo en el restaurante. Ningun problema con el checkin, pudimos pagar con tarjeta la cena y la estancia. La segunda vez quedamos solo para pasar el día y cuando se enteraron, enseguida nos dieron habitación, y esto que eran las 09:30 de la mañana. También pudimos desayunar este mismo día en lugar de perder el dasayuno al irnos antes. El trato inmejorable! La piscina cerraba todos los dias a las 15:00 asi que ni nos acercamos. Una de las noches habia fiesta en el hotel así que llegaba bastante ruido de la calle pero pudimos dormir sin problema.

• Maitham (1/5): - The first day I arrived thier was no internet in my room and I spoke with the staff and they sent someone who said this room has no service and I asked to change the room , they gave me a smaller room , one of the wall had a paint problem , they didn’t have any tissue in the room and I had to ask for it , I wanted to iron my cloths and asked for an iron but they said they don’t provide it to the rooms and asked me to pay extra for the ironing, my room was not cleaned for 3 days even though I leave in the morning and return at night , I had to ask the staff to clean my room , thier was no signs to use on the door , the breakfast was bad and I felt the toast and break was old , I didn’t stay all the period thier and checked out after 1 week and didn’t stay 2 weeks , it was a very bad experience for me and I don’t think they deserve 4 stars
