• Antonella (10/5): - Ho soggiornato per due notti in una camera di livello superiore che però non era disponibile per la notte aggiuntiva che dovevo fare. Sono stata spostata in una camera "standard" ma anche questa è più grande della media delle stanze che si trovano sulle piattaforme. Bagno attrezzato di tutto e anche in questa stanza doccia con luci LED multicolori. Davvero piacevole. Ottima scelta per visitare Roma

Could have done with something to sit on other than the bed, there's plenty of room for a small sofa. Entry procedure was a bit complicated!
• Natalia (9/5): Great location, good room. - The location was amazing and the room just like in the pictures. Nice bed, comfy desk and a coffee machine for busy mornings. The internet worked well and I was able to give a class from the room on Zoom. The bathroom didn't have windows and the air extractor only worked while "clicked." It was in practice useless (as it only worked if you held it with your finger, putting a lot of pressure on it). Other than that the place was great for a central and comfortable stay if you will be out and about.

It is in a very good location and Gabrielle was very attentive. - Very nicely appointed and exactly as shown in the photographs The decor was really tasteful and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was with very comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Reliance on using a phone to enter and the worry that our phone batteries would run out. We didn’t check about a key though so perhaps that was available.

Café, Restaurant und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke Höhere Geräuschkulisse durch das Restaurant unter drunter und die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Zudem besteht Rom halt nahezu aus Altbauten. Für alle, die keinen extrem leichten Schlaf haben, kein Problem

Buone le fragranze di shampoo, bagnoschiuma e della crema corpo. Utili i servizi come, cialde del caffè, tè e ago e filo. Unica pecca sono i rumori che si sentono la notte dei mezzi e della gente che urla. La lontananza dalla metro. La più vicina sta a più di 1,2 km di distanza. Anche se Roma non è proprio ben servita.

There was a small step just inside the door which was actually a safety hazard. My husband fell back and banged against the door. Very lucky to be alright. Could have been worse.
• Andreina (10/5): - La habitación es muy amplia, limpia y comoda, perfecta para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad, uno de los detalles mas especiales es su techo, super lindo y muy llamativo, que le da un toque unico al lugar. El baño también es muy amplio y muy bien equipado. La ubicación estaba limpia inmejorable ideal para moverse en la ciudad y conocer Roma sin complicaciones, estoy muy agradecida con Gabrielle quien fue muy atento desde el inicio, sus recomendaciones fueron muy acertadas, sin duda me hospedaria nuevamente aquí al volver a Roma.

• Madara (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome - The location is perfect, right in the city centre, everything is in a walking distance. Right accross the street there are two nice caffees (for coffee and breakfast). The room is exactly as in the pictures. Spacious, well cleaned and comfortable, with afternoon sun. We especially appreciated the quality pillows! Bed was comfortable and big. Bathroom was very good, and thank you for the regular/good hair dryer! It may seem like a small thing, but for me as the owner of long hair, it was essential. The room was daily cleaned, what was nice. Very good experience and very nice communication with the owner, as well as very easy check-in. A very small nuance - there could be one more larger trash bin in the room. There was only small one in the bathroom.

• Sepideh (10/5): If i come back to Rome again, I will choose the same place to stay in. - Every single thing about this place was really good. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance from alot of attractions. They were very responsive. Solving issues and problems. I needed alot of help with everything and the second I texted on WhatsApp they answered. The bathroom and shower were clean. There might be a little noise coming from outside. If you are sensitive, it will bother you and your sleep.

Purtroppo ha piovuto tanto e probabilmente questo problema ha contribuito ad un cattivo odore cliché veniva dal bagno. La ventola del Bagno non funzionava quindi non si è potuto risolvere il problema

• Stretch (4/5): Ok but could do better! Needs new bathrooms ASAP - Great location! Nice big room. Nice staff Ok the smell in the bathroom! This wasn’t guy our room but also in our sisters room. It was really bad! Also the shower didn’t drain which we didn’t like and asked them to fix and they didn’t. In our room they also had a security light which didn’t turn off and they informed they couldn’t remove. Gave us a towel to block it out.

• Antonella (10/5): Perfetta per godersi davvero la città! - La camera è davvero grande, a differenza di tante strutture che offrono stanze minuscole. Perfetta la comunicazione, l'accoglienza e la pulizia. Ma la cosa che ho apprezzato maggiormente è la posizione,davvero ottima per raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte delle zone interessanti da visitare. Proprio di fronte alla struttura un ottimo bar per consumare una buonissima colazione. Dall'altra parte della piazza una postazione per i taxi. Davvero tutto quello che serve a portata di mano. Sono stata altre volte a roma ma questa struttura mi ha aiutato a godermela molto più di quelle usate in passato. Se tornerò sarà sempre all'arenula suites! Nulla!

• barbara (9/5): I thought it seemed a bit pricy for what you get. - The location is excellent. There was noise coming from the lobby area that woke me up each night. The safe was broken and no attempt was made to fix it while we were there.
• Aad (8/5): Kamer heel goed en perfecte dagelijkse zorg en schoonmaak. Verdere dienstverlening zwak. - Goede locatie. Ruime kamer, Heel schoon, dagelijks bijgehouden. Aardige café`s in de buurt en een goed restaurant. onder het appartement. Als je met twee personen bent en je bertaaalt meer dan € 200 per nacht dan zou het plezierig zijn om tenminste twee stoelen te hebben. Dat scheelt een stuk in het comfort, onder anderen als je allebei iets wilt doen met computers. De digitale binnenkomst via screen van je eigen telefoon kan lastig zijn als je geen wifi hebt. Bij opbellen en digitale beantwoording zat een vraag die niet begrijpelijk was. Dan moet je meerdere keren bellen en een andere keuzemogelijkheid proberen. Je moet sowieso een heel menu door voor een gewone vraag. Het zou aardig zijn als er een telefoonnummer was waar je gewoon kunt bellen.
