• Renato (7/5): Not so comfortable due to hot/cold water issue otherwise the rest of the room was comfortable - I reserved via booking.com online for 2 adults and 1 child, paid 30,691.58 pesos online Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that there will be an extra charge for my son of 2,800 per night x 3 nights a total of 8,400.00 pesos. Upon careful review, I saw in the confirmation that there were only 2 adults in the reservation. I thought this was misleading online reservation because I was very sure each time I book a travel, my son is always included in our trip and it was very clear that when I place my booking, it was for 2 adults and 1 child. Hot water in the shower room and bathroom broken, water was either too hot or too cold.

• Michael (10/5): Solid 9. Got 10 for affordable price. - The room was a bit tight but perfect for a few days. Had a great sleep with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The hotel as loungers right on the beach and a moderate pool to cool down after. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were sooooo friendly. Use their airport transfer. It was far better than the private one we booked getting to Boracay. A few more loungers around the pool would create a bit more atmosphere. A few more electrical outlets.

• Gernot und Moni (8/5): Nettes in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches eine weibliche Hand für mehr Wohlfühlgefühl braucht - Große geräumige Zimmer, Frühstück war abwechselnd und gut, Anlage war gepflegt, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel könnte in Summe liebevoller sein, Dachterrasse war wenig einladend - sehr lieblos, ebenso die Fassade könnte einen Refit vertragen, kleinere optische Reparaturen und refittings würden das Hotel in Summe besser abschneiden lassen bzw. den Rest einfach gerechter werden und eine halbe Note besser beurteilt werden können.

• Andreas (9/5): - We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful if you need anything. Our room was so spacious and well decorated. The shower pressure was also excellent which can be rare in hotels. We also loved the sweet treats every evening before bed! The breakfast could definitely be better and have more variety. The WiFi was also not that good which wasn't a huge issue, but could be for some people.

• Allado (10/5): Perfection - We enjoyed the seamless all-in service offerings from transfers airport to hotel, tour and island activity bookings, to check-in to our hotel, breakfast and cafe. We were spoiled by staff with their hospitality. The whole place was maintained well and rooms were immaculately cleaned and stocked. I loved the little details like having an emergency sewing kit and mosquito repellent, and night time snacks being delivered to our room every afternoon. Very well organised and managed. The breakfast buffet is delicious and what a great, calm start to the day. The day beds in the beach front is breathtaking. I can stay there all day! The wifi connection to our room could improve. I had 5G data so it was not a big issue for me.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Oft hatte es gewisse Getränke & Lebensmittel nicht, die auf der Karte standen aber das ist in ganz Boracay ein Problem

• SAAD (7/5): Great Service, Needs Facility Upgrade: Below Average for a 4-Star Hotel - The attentive and supportive staff provided exceptional service, truly the hotel's best feature. The SPA was perfect and the location, being only steps from the beach, was ideal. The facility overall was below expectations (neither bad nor great). Specifically, the breakfast selection was very limited. There were also notable maintenance issues: the restroom needs immediate service, including replacement of the shower handle, and the lights went out entirely on my final night, causing an inconvenience.

• kelly (10/5): I miss the place don’t skip out on this wonderful place. - I absolute adore this hotel and I would stay again hands down what an incredible hotel they go above and beyond for you to have a wonderful stay. On arrival they give you a lovely clean cold cloth to wipe your face and a lovely little drink and they take your luggage up to your room . It was my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond for her making the room lovely when we were out so she had something nice to return to . So thanks very much for that we absolutely loved our stay here . The pool also when it got too hot for us to swim on the beach the pool was lovely and cold it was just stunning. Breakfast was amazing too . Pineapple juice is amazing . Nothing we didn’t like the place was perfect x

• Clare (9/5): Ideal hotel location and wonderful staff! - The property is in a great location, right infront of the beach with the deck chairs immediately in front of the entrance. There’s the hotel coffee shop to the side which serves great coffee. The main highlight is the staff - they were very patient and able to accommodate to our needs without hesitation. They really went the extra mile with us - thank you! The only downside is that there is no road entrance directly to the hotel. You will need to walk a short distance to the hotel from the main road when you are being dropped off (probably something I should have checked). If you have someone who has mobility issues, tell the hotel in advance and they will assist you. They were fantastic with helping us when we were leaving!

I would highly recommend. - It was right on the beach, the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and it had a beautiful view of the beach and water while you eat your breakfast. Walking down the alley from the road on arrival and departure. I hope that will be improved by the time i go back with my family and friends in a year or two.
• John (10/5): Perfect Location and Wonderful Staff - The District is perfectly situated in the center of all of the action in Boracay and is directly on the beach. The staff were among the best I have encountered in any hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
• Olivier (8/5): Good hotel to enjoy Boracay - The hotel is strategically located for you to enjoy the beach (they have reserved spots) and access all other spots of the island. I recommend that you book the airport transfer with them as it is super smooth compared to booking with external vendors when arriving at the airport (almost the same price but less convenient). Wifi and breakfast need to be improved. Breakfast could have more choices. Wifi is almost non existent.

The location was excellent only problem there was an alley you had to walk through which was not at all pleasant. When it rained it flooded. The staff were friendly polite and very willing to help. • Alamjeet (9/5): Hotel with a million dollar view - The hotel is right at the beach, there is a 300m or so walk from the main road (applies to all the facilities at the beach). Rooms are good size and have balcony. Breakfast was quality, good option though not too many. They keep changing menu options which we loved. And the view from the breakfast lobby is million bucks. They also provide towel n beach chairs. Close to all the attractions and food outlets. The pool is nice though and good enough size for family fun time. Nothing to complain about, enjoyed the 3 nites stay

• Stamatis (7/5): I believe this is one of the best hotels in Boracay. I can recommend it, even not 100% to my personal standards. Congrat - The staff is plentiful and very polite and helpful. The location Is magnificent. Exactly on the beach. The property lacks quality facilities. The breakfast was not at our tastes but I can not complain since it looked more adequate for Asian cuisine lovers. The room was comfortable but there was way too much humidity which made us sick. We all left with running noses from the hotel.

• Elisabeth (6/5): Pleasant - Very good level of service, staff is really nice. Cleaning twice per day very convenient as we drag a lot of sands into the room. Very close to the beach, perfect for beautiful sunsets. Noisy, as the adjacent hotel is organizing loudy pool party (DJ sets) during the weekend (Friday to Sunday) from 3pm to 11pm - I would not recommend this hotel if you want to relax or if you have kids. Located in a busy area, you get a lot of restaurant options but also as soon as you step out of the hotel you get harrass by people waiting in front of the hotel who wants you to buy their activities (even on the 3 meters from hotel to the beach)...

• Daniel (8/5): Very nice hotel in a great location. - The location was excellent. In the middle of the beach near all the restaurants and the mall. The beach out front was the best section. The bed was terrible. It felt like it had craters all over it and was lumpy. Plus it’s very low to the ground. It’s to bad none of the hotels have beach chairs on the sand. It gets a little uncomfortable to sit on the sand.
