• Jane (6/5): One of our 2 rooms had been updated but not the other. It was cheap and convenient for the airport. Staff were polite. W - It had a lovely pool. Close to airport for our early flight. The AC in one of our rooms was very old and very noisy. The light in sink area was broken. The toilet fan was also extremely noisy.
• Aline (6/5): - The location was perfect I slept feeling secured at night and to me the location is central. I chose a king size and got a 2 full beds also when taking a shower the water takes to long to go down causing the soap scum to stay on my feet and in the tub I am a very scornful person so that was just nasty I hope they can adjust the problem soon.

• Dominique (3/5): - It was very clean I must say. The WiFi is trash. The remote for the tv was not working. The beds hard asf and the hotel needs to be upgraded. I’ve bin staying here for years but after this trip I doubt I’ll ever return.

• Perry (8/5): Accomodations Away from RESORT! - The Staff was Commendable, Especially Mr Andrew(?). The Restaurant Staff was Cordial and Insightful. The Restaurant was a Great Amenity (OTHER THAN Thanksgiving ADVERTISEMENT which did not come to Fruition). Rooms were Smaller than We Expected. Disappointment over Thanksgiving Offer that advertised a Full Thanksgiving Meal for Purchase But upon arriving at Mid Day had to Wait 3 hours for Restaurant to Reopen and NO Thanksgiving Fare(Exception of One Side Dish) was Available, In Spite of MY Wife and I being First Customer at Door after 3 Hour Wait!!

• Rolle (6/5): Altogether I enjoyed my stay and found it peaceful and comfortably private - Staff was helpful. Made me feel like they were there to assist. No attitude was given. The room B203 was spacious and clean as well as quiet. The bed and bathrooms were also clean and prepared well with towels. An elderly security there was not mannerly at all. We greeted him and he didn't greet back. Upon entering the room the first thought was that the room had a musty smell. Although not to strong, it made me wonder if the room had not been sprayed up with disinfectant or some sort of scented air cleaner.

• Douglas (1/5): I had intended to stay 14 nights, but checked out the following morning and went elsewhere. - I didn't like anything. I have stayed here before, and was happy. This time, the safe didn't work when I arrived, and the following morning I was informed that I would have to pay extra per day to activate it. I had an indifferent "Crack Conch" at the restaurant when I arrived as I was very hungry, and was charged $30 for it! Dead roach in the shower. I am not sure, but I felt that the bed linen was not fresh. The room itself was shabby and the drapes did not close properly, so anyone passing could see in if they tried.
