Adit (8/5): Worth the Money and Good Location - It was definitely worth the money. A huge apartment, right next to the Cultural Place and the Papas Mall. Nice clean bed, fresh linens, hot running water and wifi. What else do you need. Also has 2 TVs and a kettle. Apart from a small mixup in the drop off address (actual address listed is correct, not name of apartment complex) and the language barrier with the host, everything went really well. Despite those challenges, the host was really nice about helping with the check-in process and it was easy to pay onsite with direct money transfer.

Dragos (6/5): Not recommended - Great location No A/C, no coffee maker, small bed and noisy refrigerator. No place to store clothes because the dresser was occupied by a foam mattress. Hard to shower with no splash protection or shower head hook. Didn’t plan to cook but all cooking pans and ustensile looked old and filthy.

The Apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, something I was worried off, because some reviewers described something that seemed completely different. It was big, clean, with all electronics you would need. The view from the balcony was really nice and the location was pretty perfect, 5 minutes walk from Palas Shopping Center, and 5 from Iulius. I didn't meet the host, but she always responded to my calls. The building is huge and the other neighbours seem fine, and there are cameras everywhere, which should make it safe. While the location is amazing, for some it might be an issue. Iasi, being as slow as it is, if you have business around the real city center: Piata Unirii, Medical University, Rail Station, it will take around 40 minutes to get there with the public transportation, so I recommend walking, which takes around 30, and the route is quite nice.
