• Letofu (4/5): The property itself is great, but the property manager clearly didn’t seem to care for guests to enjoy their stay. - The location. Upon arrival, we found that one of the beds was unusable — the slats underneath were completely snapped, which the cleaner somehow missed — leaving one guest to sleep on the floor. One of the dining chairs was also faulty (the photos don’t even do justice on how bad the bed and chair really were). The garage key had been taken by a previous guest, so we had to enter through the front door each time just to open the garage, as there was no spare key available. I contacted the property owner regarding these issues, and he initially promised a partial refund for the inconvenience, saying a replacement bed would be delivered the next day. If I hadn’t followed up myself, I wouldn’t have received any update - no replacement bed was provided and a guest had to sleep on the floor. After checkout, communication stopped altogether, and despite repeated messages, no refund has been provided. The owner continued to claim they were “waiting on booking.com to release the funds,” but nothing has been resolved. Additionally, there was no vacuum or mop provided for basic cleaning during the stay. They have a supposed cleaner but it seems it’s just surface cleaning that is done. Overall, all previous reviews were right and would probably not stay here again.

• Debbie (8/5): Was lovely and enjoyed it very much - Really clean and good sized bedrooms. No keys when we arrived but door was open at the back. No info like welcome book with wifi and safe details so couldn’t use both. Actually good we couldn’t access internet for tv so didn’t sit and watch tv but should have been an option .
• Williams (1/5): Not something i would recommend - . No hot water because the owner didn’t pay the gas bill, the beds weren’t comfortable at all, there were a lot of stains on a lot of things, there was a sewer smell when we arrived. The owner didn’t reply to the message I sent about the hot water

• Scott (7/5): Good - Very spacious. Double garage Took a while getting initial confirmation from host (not booking.com). Had to phone them. Did not get check-in instructions prior to arrival. Had to contact the host after arrival. No bedside tables.
• Rosemary (5/5): This is a good house for a short stay but with a few added tweaks it could be a great house - The house was very spacious and it was great to have the lock up garage. Generally the house was very clean. It was ok for a short stay. Cleaner was still onsite when we arrived at designated time. Linen left on clothes line and dirty towel left in basket in bed room. No toiletries supplied as advertised. Needed to contact host for hand towels and tea towels. The house needed some repairs, dining chairs needed screws tightened, laundry cupboard faulty and falling off. The furniture was very basic. All bedrooms could do with bedside tables and lamps. All pictures had been taken off walls and picture hooks still on show. The house just needs a little extra to make it more homely.

• Dawn (8/5): Great place to stay. - Beautiful property, lots of space and nice furniture. Overall a great property and hosts were helpful when contacted. Would have been good to have a note or list of information such as how to work the air conditioning, tv, washing machines etc. some instructions on the expectations for checkout and there was lack of some basic supplies such as dishwashing detergent.

• Kirkwood (7/5): Spacious/Clean/ basic/no frills - It was spacious and clean. The master bedroom was good had ensuite and good size walk in wardrobe. Beds weren't overly comfortable, thin mattresses bit springy. There were no side bed cabinets in any room to put a cup on. It was very chemical looking no colour lacked warmth no pleasant decor, no wall hangings just white walls. No cushions on lounge seats which really needed some. There were only 2 light weight small towels per person per room in (2 rooms used) for 5 days. So no hand towels or foot bath towels. When I asked for more clean towels they replied only if staying over 6 days! There were no toiletries apart from a basin pump soap very annoying. No coffee tea maker as listed on site. Disappointing no frills property. Also the back yard is very small and all the fencing on the left side is badly on the lean, no garden at rear just small lawn and is surrounded by houses which look into the back yard where one wld use the outdoor table/chairs hence we didn't bother. So no privacy.

• Elaine (9/5): Happy with first air b&b experience - The amount of space available. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom facilities were clean and spacious. No clock, no outdoor furniture, no bedside tables - this was challenging due to using a CPAP machine. The carpet under one of the beds needed vacuuming.
• Nicole (10/5): Best place to stay for big families or groups with kids. - This spacious house was amazing. It had everything you needed to make your stay feel homely. From the things you dont think about like cleaning products to condiments bath mats, towels , kitchen with plenty of plates / pots n pans / to plastics for the kids. No table outside to sit and chill with a cold bevvy but this is just minor. Had there been an outdoor place to chill it would have been the icing on the cake to make it exceptional
