- Steve (6/5): I think the best reflection is if you ask yourself if you’d stay there again. I definitely would not! - The property was pleasant as a 3 bedroom apartment. The host was communicative. The chocolates left on the dining room table! The parking was overgrown, the patios and verandah were filthy with weeds. The blinds are mostly not functional and the linen was aged.
The parking allocated is on a very busy street with cars coming past around 70km/ hour. It’s a little unsettling reversing out into the road.

- Cher F (8/5): - Three separate rooms, plenty of space. There was nothing lacking in the kitchen area, although we didn't cook. Entrance is just off a busy road, so parking was tricky if you missed the spot. Getting out of the parking spot didn't feel safe either.
- K B-L (8/5): Meet all our needs and was close to Northbridge and the City. Easy walking or train station close by - Location was great however parking was a tad problematic. The house was spacious and comfortable, the third bedroom was quite small but fine for a single person. We housed 5 of us very comfortably. Parking was an issue.

Immaculately presented with good communication from host Parking on the verge on a busy street for just one car a little troublesome but not terrible.

- Ong Chwee Har (9/5): Review of 136 East Parade - Very convenient, the train station is just across the street. A cosy and comfortable place. Like the serenity of the neighbourhood of birds chirping in the morning. The stroll at the Swan River and Victoria Garden are just within 15 to 20 mins walk away. Not many options for quick food within 15 min walk from the house.

Cleanness: well-maintained house
Showers and toilets: One room with toilet and shower and other ones for share
Milk: Cafe latte for good morning Few plugs in the kitchen: Two plugs share a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, and so on.
Supermarket: We could not find a supermarket around here, so we went to Woolworths in Perth Central (This is not a fail of this townhouse).

Perfect if travelling in a group or family, Train station conveniently directly across the road for those who want to explore the city night life and don't want the hassle of driving.
