• Aisha (7/5): شقه نظيفه وواسعه لكن خدمه سيئة وتعامل سيء - نظيفه الشقه وواسعه لكن بعيده جداً عن السنتر ومافي تنظيف يومي شقه بعماره عاديه بعيد جداً ومعقد الجيك ان مافي رسبشن والمكيف لايعمل والتلفزيون كل شي بفلوس ، شقه عاديه في عماره مش فندق وباسوورد للمفتاح على شجرة في زاوية المبنى لأخذ مفتاح المبنى اسوي جيك ان بنفسك لان مو فندق والشقه عند الباب بوكس وله باسورد عشان تاخذ المفتاح معقد الموضوع، التوصيل من المطار على انه مجاني تأخرت 3 دقايق بس وراح عني السواق وقعدت بالمطار ساعه كامله لين مالقيت سياره ، سيء وبعيد
• Juhász Csaba (10/5): - Központi helyen található, mindennel felszerelt apartman. A bejutáshoz a kapunyitó egy villanyoszlopon lévő dobozban volt, ez elég félrevezető, nem gondolná az ember. Tv-n nem voltak műholdas magyar adók, ezt azért hiányoltuk. Persze, van internet, meg Netflix, de kerekebb lehetett volna a kép.

• Marina (7/5): - Very spacious and clean. The wifi was not working properly. Even after numerous phone calls it didn't get fixed. They kept saying it's the service provider's fault not theirs. That did not solve the issue. Neither my android phone, nor the Chromebook computer were able to connect. It didn't even show up as an available network. Another negative event that happened was that I got a parking fine in the time it took to retrieve the parking garage key fob. This should be included in the email that you've got to pay for street parking, or put the garage key into the lock box on the street.

• NIKOLAOS (9/5): Μια ευχαριστη και ανετη διαμονη - Η εξηπηρέτηση του προσωπικού, αν και προέκυψε κάποιο πρόβλημα στην παραλαβή ανταποκρίθηκαν στο πρόβλημα άμεσα.

• Pancsesz (8/5): Nem vette fel a telefont, nem hívott vissza! - Kényelmes, tágas apartman. Csendes, nyugodt környéken! Összességében nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat! A szállásadó üzenetben jelezte, hogy az épület kulcsa az utcasarkon egy kis zárkódos dobozban van elhelyezve. Amikor kinyitottuk a kis doboz üres volt. Tehát nem tudtuk bejutni az épületbe ... Hívtam a szállásadót, aki nem vette fel a telefont és azóta sem hívott vissza... Véleményem szerint ez nagyon felelőtlen dolog!!! Szerencsére egy bácsi (aki az épületben lakik) segítőkész volt és beengedett minket. Bíztunk benne, hogy a lakásba be fogunk tudni jutni... A lakásajtó melletti számkódos dobozban volt elhelyezve mindkét kulcs.... Ezt lehet nem ártana időnként ellenőrizni a hasonló kellemetlenségek elkerülése miatt! Amit még jeleznék a szállásadó felé (bár ezek minket nem zavartak!), hogy elromlott a nappaliban a nagy rolló - egyáltalán nem lehetett felhúzni. Csak a kisebb felét. Így elég kevés fény szűrődött be. A toalett ajtó kilincse minden használat alkalmával a kezünkben maradt.. Valamint egy konyharuha hatalmas előny lenne, ha lenne a szálláson.

• Éva (8/5): Panorámás kaland - Tetszett: A panoráma, a lakás belső elrendezése, a könnyű parkolás. A Booking .com nem továbbította a bejutáshoz tartozó fotót az első kulcs megtalálásához, a teljesen szokatlan külső helyet ezért nem találtuk meg. A házba egy lakó beengedett, a lakásba simán bejutottunk. A türelmes és ügyes recepcióval többszörösen kommunikáltunk, aki végül külső emberüket küldte a lépcsőház és a garázs kulcs megszerzéséhez.

• Clíona (7/5): Clean and modern but check in / fob process needs improvement - Very clean and modern. Tea bags and coffee capsules provided. Complicated process to check in and out especially if you have a car. There are 3 lockboxes you need to access to get building fob, apartment fob and garage fob. When you check out, you have to go back to the apartment to return the garage fob.

• Pecz (10/5): Valóban nagyon szép, tiszta. - Az emailben meg kellene írni, hogy a főbejárati kulcsot tartalmazó széf egy villanyoszlopon van, sokáig kerestük..
• Viktoria (10/5): - A kulcsokat egy kulcsszéfből vettem ki, igy nem kellett egyeztetni a szallassal, hogy mikor érkezem. A szallas tiszta és könnyen megtalalhato volt. nem tudok semmi rosszat mondani, mar legalabb négyszer szalltam meg ezen a helyen és még fogok menni.

I called few times to personal (they called yourself reception but it is lie. any apartment doesn't have reception). I send request to check in on 10 am and personal doesn't care agreement.

Design frumos, per total o experienta excelenta Paturi cam mici, proces de check în cam ciudat, cheia de acces a fost plasata într-o cutiuță agățată de un stâlp de pe strada. După ce am găsit cheia totul a fost foarte ușor de accesat
• Wenjun (9/5): Enjoyable stay - The location is good. I like the space and the cleanness of this place. Beddings are clean and made of cotton. The host is responsive when needs arise. Very quiet. We would recommend it without hesitation. The stovetop stopped working and we had to wait for it to be fixed. It would be nice if the kitchen has an oven mitten or towel. We wish it has blackout/darkening curtains to block lights during sleep.
• Andreia (7/5): It's a good location - The location of the apartment it's fantastic. In the corner you have a spar supermarket, and end if the main road you have tram and subway. It's not in the city centre but it's not far away. The apartment was big, the rooms were big and has a lot of privacy but unfortunately the beds are terrible hard. In the kitchen some items were missing like for example tea spoons (we only had 1 tea spoon) and was hard in the beginning g find the microwave but was literally the hoven (like 3 in 1). I loved it. Very good view. Usually I don't complaint but unfortunately I have to live this review. The Internet simply does not exist. I contact the hist about this but nothing changed. My phone and my daughters phone couldn't even find the wi fi connection. We tried many times, we checked behind the rooter and nothing. So I needed to use my own Internet and share with my tennsgers and husband, which made me ran out my data quickly. We were not happy at all about this. Some items were missing in the kitchens for example tea spoons. We only had 1. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean 100%, so I needed to mop the floor properly and wash and clean all clutter,glasses and plates that we needed to use it.

• Tímea (10/5): - Kellemes kis lakás felszerelve. A bejutás kicsit lehetne könnyebb. A sarkon lévő villanyoszlopra fellógatott “mini” kulcsszéfek kicsit furák és sötétben, szakadó esőben nehéz volt megtalálni, mert az emailben jelzett kép nem volt csatolva, ezen lehetne esetleg változtatni. Amikor felhívtam a kontaktot, nagyon kedvesen segített, amit hálásan köszönök!

• Tímea (10/5): - A szállás nagyon szép volt. Nagyon kényelmes volt minden. Jó elhelyezkedésű. Ötletes a kulcsátvétel. A kapukulcs leírása nem volt egyértelmű. Nem volt könnyű megtalálni. Nem volt csatolt kép a levélhez, ahogyan ígérték. Igazi geocaching volt. De megtaláltuk. 🙂

• Patyó (10/5): Új apartman, tisztaság 10/10, ágyneműk frissen mosva - A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt,minden kérdésünkben segített. Minden információt meg kaptunk a bejutással kapcsolatban részletesen, így tehát egyszerű volt.

Hat alles was man braucht.. „Escape Room“ Schlüsselübergabe.. 😂 War ein wenig kompliziert die Schlüssel zu finden bzw. mussten ein wenig suchen.. Schlussendlich hat es aber gepasst.. Tiefgarage haben wir nicht gefunden 🤷🏻‍♂️

Laundry machine plug was hard to reach.

• Naeema (1/5): Broken air conditioning during 30 degree heat and property refused to fix it and refused to provide a very small refund -
• Szabolcs (3/5): Apró, nem működő dolgok, amik teljesen megnehezítik az itt tartózkodást... - Ez egy olyan szállás, ahol picivel több odafigyeléssel sokkal elégedettebb vendégek távoznának... Kezdődött a garázs foglalással: foglalás során a szállás adatlapján €5/nap volt a garázs foglalási díja, ám foglalás után jelezték, hogy nem, ez €15/nap, nem olyan rég megemelték. Másik dolog is kiderült: első éjszakára mégsem áll rendelkezésre garázs, parkolhatok az utcán, 22:00-ig fizetős csak. No comment... Aztán kicsivel később jött az üzenet, mégis van garázs, -MŰKÖDÉSKÉPTELEN- kapunyitó a lakásban van. Végül sikerült megegyeznünk az €5-ban éjszakánként. Bejutás a garázsba: lehetetlen működésképtelen garázskapu nyitóval, kb. 1-2 óra próbálkozás után egy úr felvette a 0-24 órás telefont és jelezte, hogy bocs, de Ő most a bulinegyedben van, nem tud tenni semmit. Ez igen, jó szórakozást! Ez a garázs sztori meglehetősen megnehezítette helyzetemet, borította a napi programomat a ki-be jutás… mindez amellett, hogy fizettem is a garázsért... Kaptam ígéretet új kapunyitóra, aztán kiderült, hogy ez hamis infó volt, nem várt semmilyen új nyitó a lakásban, nem tudom ezt hova rakták, választ nem kaptam rá. Folyékony szappan nem volt a fürdőszobában, csak az üres adagoló… Alapvetően a lakás jó helyen van, de mikor a vendég nem kapjam meg azt, amiért fizetett, vagy csak ígéretet, akkor meglehetősen “lehúzás” érzésével távozik. Próbáljanak meg ezekre a dolgokra odafigyelni, legalább azok működjenek, amiért a vendég fizet!

• Martin (6/5): Viac z ubytovania u nás prevažuje negatívne pocity, ako sme očakávali. - Pohodlné postele čistá lokalita a blízko metra Popraskané steny v izbách a kúpeľní, nefunkčné svetlo v kúpeľní nad zrkadlom, nefunkčná zásuvka nad práčkou, slabšie wifi - deťom na tabletoch nevedelo nájsť sieť, chýbala mikrovlnka, hodiny na stene alebo aspoň na spotrebičoch. Parkovanie bolo na Booking.com za 5 EUR noc, no realita bola úplne iná a stalo 15 EUR noc, pre istotu si to ešte skontrolujeme či som neplatil dvakrát za jedno parkovanie. No za jeden z najväčších fo-pa, boli nefunkčné klimatizačné jednotky v izbách, kde vôbec nefungovali a vypisovali špinavé filtre a klimatizácie nevyčíslené. Za tie peniaze to malo fungovať a hlavne sa o to ma majiteľ starať a nie ako v tomto ubytovaní. Chýbalo osobne privítanie a kľúče kade tade po trezoroch na stĺpe.
• Artur (10/5): Rewelacja - Mieszkanie znajduje się na 2 piętrze. Jest nowocześnie urządzone i dobrze wyposażone (m.in. ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, czajnik, piekarnik z funkcją mikrofali, pralka, odkurzacz itd.). Łóżka były wygodne, a mieszkanie czyste. Budynek znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, w spokojnej okolicy z dala od zgiełku miasta, ale jednocześnie blisko stacji metra, którym szybko można dostać się do centrum. Wielkim plusem jest możliwość wynajęcia miejsca w garażu podziemnym (15€/dobę, co nie jest wygórowaną kwotą). W pobliżu są sklepy, w których można się zaopatrzyć w różne potrzebne produkty. W tym samym budynku, na dole (od strony ulicy Karikás Frigyes) jest piekarnia. Na rogu ulicy jest sklep Spar, a nieco dalej sklep ALDI (przy ulicy Penetházy 12) i kolejna piekarnia. Generalnie obiekt wart polecenia.
• Oana (8/5): - Locatia este foarte aproape de Dunare , amenajat frumos si cu tot ce ai nevoie. Este destul de curat. Au incercat sa ne taxeze extra pentru parcare (15€), deși atât in descrierea apartamentului cât și in primul mesaj primit scrie ca parcarea este 5€. Pe jos era foarte mult praf si fire de par.
• Magdalena (9/5): Rewelacja! - Dostanie się do obiektu było troszkę skomplikowane ale na szczęście nie byłam sama i ogarnęliśmy :) sam obiekt bardzo blisko metra więc komunikacja z centrum była bardzo prosta. W środku czyściutko, wygodnie, w oknach rolety antywłamaniowe więc można się wyspać, w kuchni wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty i akcesoria, super! ☺️🤩
• Roland (10/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, modern, világos, fiatalos, van mélygarázs, jól felszerelt, tiszta. A foglalás szuper gördülékenyen ment, online check-in gond nélkül működött. A bejutás pofonegyszerű a kapott instrukciók alapján. Ár-érték arányban verhetetlen szerintem. Talán lehetne kicsivel több konnektor, pl az ágyak mellett nem csak csak az éjjeli lámpáknak. Illetve a bejárathoz közelebbi szobában nagyon nyikorgott az ágy.

• Ireneusz (3/5): Disappointed and Felt Robbed - My stay at the apartment in Budapest was decent, but I experienced a significant disappointment. I accidentally left a large sum of money behind and immediately informed the property, offering a reward. They found the money but never returned it despite numerous promises. This left me feeling cheated and ignored. I cannot recommend this place.

• Imre (8/5): Klassz szállás, biztosan jövünk még! - Tiszta, kényelmes, szép szállás. Egy mikrosütő elkelne még, valamint a garázs távirányítóját távozáskor máshol kellene hagyni, mert nem működött manuálisan.
