Das Personal war sehr professionell und das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel. Wann immer wir Hilfe brauchten, waren Herr Ibrahim und Herr John immer da, um uns zu unterstützen. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen, besonders wegen der ausgezeichneten Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Nichts
• Ali (10/5): - كونه دور واحد فقط في الطابق الخامس لم أكن أتوقع ذلك .. المكان جميل ومحترم وفي قلب ميدان التحرير والعاملين قمة في الذووق والتعامل الحسن بداية من شفت الصباح مع الأخت منار والرسيبشن أول الليل.. وآخر الليل للأسف لم يكن لي تعامل معهم .. والفطور مع الاطلالة ع الميدان رووعة .. ستكون لي زيارة ثانية بإذن الله. مجرد رأي شخصي يصلح للشباب ولايصلح للعوائل الخليجية.

• Ahmed (10/5): - Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center. The front desk staff, notably Ahmed, Manar and Enas, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and the ambiance was calm and relaxing. We also loved the restaurant service—Basant and Rahma provided top-notch service with a great attitude. Highly recommended!
• Dil (1/5): - Very bad management, contacted with them before 10 hours of arrival, however upn arrival room was not ready, room AC was not functional, very small room, toilet items was not good, no cleanliness at all. Espacially what they showed the pictures on booking.com there is no single item meets. No nile river view at all and even no Tahrir square view. I reached at the hotel at around 12 am and i wait 2 hours to solve the issues but after that instead to solve issue i changed my hotel. Nothing at all

• Francisco (10/5): Excelente relación precio-calidad-ubicación - Excelente relación precio-calidad, la ubicación es excelente aunque puede ser un poco ruidoso (como todo el Cairo) el exterior ya que está cercano a una plaza muy concurrida. El personal es muy amable. La entrada al edificio puede ser un poco antigua, y la calle donde se encuentra puede parecer un poco oscura, el lugar y sus alrededores son muy seguros. Vine por 3 noches en un principio, pero al final extendí a un total de 9 noches El desayuno podría ser un poco más variado, a pesar de que solo desayuné 2 o 3 veces

• Ade (8/5): شكراً من القلب للاستاذ نائل والاخوات اللي في الاستقبال - صراحة ترددت كثير في السكن فيه من التعليقات اللي عليه والتقييم، لكن هذا اللي شفته في الفندق: @ تعامل الموظفين زي العسل🍯 @ السعر جدا مناسب على المكان مو معقولة بهذا السعر وتبغى فندق 5 نجوم @ وجود الكافيه في الاعلى والمطل على الدوار @ توفر الخدمات تحت الفندق @ توفر اكثر من شبكة على الواي فاي @ خدمة لصعود ونزول الشنط للغرفه @ الاستاذ ابو علاء يعطيه العافيه يعرض عليك رحلات @ ان شاءالله اكرر الزيارة للفندق طبيعي في شوية سلبيات ولكن مايعيب المكان & طفت الكهرباء وانقطعت المياه مدة 3 ساعات في الصباح في مدة سكن 5 ايام & عدم وجود مساحه لدوره المياة

The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, the rooms are very comfortable, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Ms. Marwa, the hotel manager, for her kindness and excellent leadership, and Bishoy at the reception, who always welcomed me with a warm smile and made everything so easy. Even the Wi-Fi was excellent, fast, and reliable everywhere in the hotel, which made my stay even better. This hotel truly deserves more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I highly recommend Rotana Palace to anyone looking for cleanliness, comfort, and top-quality service.
