• Jeremy (7/5): - Instructions were clear on how to get in, where to park, etc. Located in a good area. Unit has everything needed for a quick stay. Unit didn't seem like it was vacuumed (hair and dust on the floor). Bed sheet had a burn mark on it.

• Dagmar (5/5): - Functional kitchen setup with some key essentials such as tea, coffee, salt, pepper,oil. No tea towels but paper towels available. Basement studio which is not mentioned in the advertisement. Very small window. Not sure how a basement room qualifies as luxurious. No table but barstyle countertop.No dresser for clothes, storage space with a few hangers was available including a shelf.
• Carl Puhl (8/5): Kelderwoning - Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Goed en comfortabel bed. Prima badkamer met goede voorzieningen. Heel fijne handdoeken. Eigen opgang en fijne zelfstandige checkin. Geen zonlicht in deze kelderwoning. Weinig werkoppervlak in de keuken. Doordat er slechts een in en uitgang naar de woonruimte is, is er meteen een veiligheidsrisico. Bij een noodsituatie is er slechts een vluchtweg en als die gecompromiteerd is, dan is het einde oefening. Het bed staat vlak naast de boilerruimte. De deur houd onvoldoende geluid tegen en er is constant geluid van de luchtcirculatie.

• Manon (8/5): Très bien - Très bien équipé, propre, tout est neuf , literie très confortable, garage sécurisé, station essence et supermarché juste à côté, le tout à 15min de l’aéroport. Assez mal insonorisé au niveau de l’escalier. Quand l’appartement du dessus descendais les marches on avait l’impression d’avoir un troupeau d’éléphant.

• Mary (8/5): Good Value - Clean and convenient. - I like the interior of the unit, and that parking was available inside an attached garage. The bed was comfortable and there were comfortable chairs and a kitchenette well supplied. Everything worked well, and they supplied a hairdryer, iron, coffee pot, hotpot, micro, etc. I did not realize this was in a predominantly Indian part of town and, as a result, it was difficult to find a restaurant nearby that offered a generic menu. As a single, female ‘senior’ traveler, I had concerns about the lack of a legal egress window out of a lower level studio apartment. Also, I would have felt more secure if there was a dead-bolt on the door. I was surprised by the appearance of the condominium complex as the buildings appear relatively new, and very nice, but the property is not maintained - long weeds, unkept landscape. Seems like ‘anything goes’.

• Coughlin (4/5): Disappointing - Garage access was nice. Proximity to highways was convenient Didn't get check-in instructions. The appartment is 2 units and the stairs are extremely noisy. The other occupants were extremely unrespectful and loud. I was hoping to work from the unit, but the owner seems to have an office in the appartment and the rooms aren't well soundproofed, so it made that quite unpleasant.

• Gary (8/5): It was Ok. - very clean Control my temperature, had no control, in basement apartment, very cold. They had a space heater thank God. Other rented apartment upstairs very noisey, stairs up just wood and sound is very, very loud. Bed too soft.
