- Harvey (9/5): Very nice house with lovely staff. - The room was very nice and cosy, and great facilities for making tea. We liked the little dog Grumble and the property was overall really nice and a great location for what we needed. The only thing I can really think about is the wifi didn’t really work properly. This didn’t really bother us as we were busy but might be something to consider for guests who are staying longer. I’m not sure if it was a capacity thing with too many guests using the wifi, or if it was the service or something.

- judit (8/5): Bien - Nos gustó la ubicación y la amabilidad de la propietaria. Además el tema parking también ayudó. Bueno, la habitación era bastante pequeña y no había opción a desayuno, también echamos en falta un armario o sitio donde poner las mochilas.

Comoda la stanza e buono il bagno privato. In cucina gran numero di forni, microonde, frigorifero a due ante a disposizione degli ospiti Molta moquette, come andava di moda in UK una volta e pure adesso.

- Wayne (9/5): Excellent place to stay if on a budget and viewing different places in Cornwall by car. - Excellent location for exploring Cornwall. Very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook your own meals. Very clean. Outside Property needed a bit of a tidy up as lots of chairs and other items not displayed very neat so looked like in need of a tidy up. Inside however was spotless and organised.

Номер был чистый. Оптимальное расположение. В номере стоял слишком сильный запах моющего средства. В отеле тихо но пол в коридоре напротив двери прогибается, люди проходящие мимо в коридоре словно прыгают в номере.

- Kathe Morton (9/5): Great place for 2, but also would be great for a family reunion. - This is a big property with 10 rooms on the second floor. No lift. The ground floor has many spaces for large and small gatherings. I particularly enjoyed the glassed-in patio area for a morning coffee and a read. It is very quiet and feels like being in the country. Well-equipped kitchen. Also has several small areas to prepare food or coffee/tea. This would be a great place to have a family reunion and book the whole place.

- Xenia (9/5): Leider schon vorbei... - Mein Hund und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Bad gab es eine deutsche Steckdose, was sehr hilfreich war. Bett und Zimmer war sauber. Man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in max einer Stunde. Einzig die zimmertür müsste mal geölt werden und die insekten in den fensterbrettern in den gemeinschaftsräumen entfernt werden.

Coffee facilities were handy and there is a fully applianced kitchen for self catering. The 10am checkout is a little early for me but doable.

Room a bit on the small side for a longer stay, but manageable. Bathroom en suite is very good. Loved the complimentary fruit and pastries in the morning. Overall, a really good stay, and would definitely recommend 👌 Slightly small room for longer stay, but manageable

- Christoph (4/5): - Gästeküche gut ausgestattet, Gemeinschaftsbereich für alle Gäste mit Essgelegenheit vorhanden. Parkplatz am Haus. Kontaktloser Check-In hat gut funktioniert. Im benachbarten Fleischereibetrieb läuft 24/7 ein Kühlaggregat. Tagsüber fällt das nicht auf, nachts hat das Geräusch in der ansonsten ruhigen Umgebung erheblich beim Schlafen gestört. - Wir hatten ein "Deluxe" Zimmer gebucht. Das Bett war zwar groß, ansonsten das Zimmer und das Bad aber sehr eng, es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck, keinen Tisch, keinen Stuhl. Eingangstür (zumindest zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts) hakelig, öffnen auch mit dem richtigen Schlüssel schwierig. Kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Gastgeber/Vermieter.

- Stuart (10/5): - A great location for exploring Cornwall…not too far from anywhere for a day out! The room was really comfortable and the facilities were excellent. It was great being able to cook my own meals. Communication was really good, and check-in was easy. The location was very peaceful & quiet for a good nights sleep. It was great to have a car park too!
- Amanda (7/5): - The communal areas were really lovely, and spacious, well decorated and great art around. The bedding was of a lovely quality. Lots of parking available. Nice quiet location. Host was helpful and friendly The other guests were friendly. I missed having tea making facilities in the room, had to go downstairs to make and bring back upstairs. That took some getting used to., but that's just me. The room was snug and there was a little musty smell. The bathroom has no vent in it, so that's probably why, super thick walls I imagine are the reason why. Bed was metal in frame and a little clunky in sound as you moved around. The description was misleading (to me) as some of the things listed are in the communal area and not in the actual room, sofa for example.. Our room had lots of draw space, but the wall thing for hanging clothes on was not strong enough so we were not able to hang clothes on it. A tall boy would probably be best there.
- Lesley (9/5): We were made to feel very! Would recommend, and stay again if we were visiting Cornwall! - Very comfortable and homely accommodation. Felt like home from home ! Everything you needed. Made ourselves and our cockapoo very welcome! Unfortunately noise from the meat production property, woke us up very early on a couple of mornings when lorries were making deliveries. But it didn’t ruin our stay!
