• Filia Anna (1/5): Horrible - The location Terrible management by Agne travel. Requested a baby crib which was confirmed well in advance. Baby crib was left on landing of the stairs. Turns out it didn’t fit in any of the rooms which they knew but left it there anyway. One side was low and there was no way you could allow a baby to sleep safely on the landing alone. Called immediately and they said they couldn’t bring another one until the next day. Had nowhere to put the baby to sleep. Agne travel ridiculously avoided responsibility by saying they didn’t promise it would fit in any room only that they would provide it. With that logic it could have been left by the side of the pool. Booking.com also avoided responsibility. Next day crib still hadn’t arrived at the promised time and had to chase it down further. Villa is infested with ants and cockroaches. Pool has lots of broken tiles inside and broken bits at the edge of pool. Definitely avoid this villa. Utterly disappointed as I relied on prior positive reviews when booking…
• Ekaterina (3/5): - Единственное, что привлекательно в этой вилле - это местоположение. Рядом с пляжем Малама, на вполне симпатичной улице. Вилла находится в крайне запущенном состоянии. Мы уже 10-й раз останавливаемся на виллах именно в этом месте, первый раз попалась настолько убогая вилла. Мебель, техника, сантехника - все очень старое и в плохом состоянии. Только диван в гостиной достаточно новый. У зоны бассейна сломаны решетки, часть кафеля в самом бассейны отвалилась. Уборка перед нашим приездом была отвратительная, самой пришлось убирать весь дом. В доме на первом этаже толпы муравьев. Они повсюду - на полу, на кухонных столах, на плите. Это просто жуть! Вещи в шкаф положить невозможно - полки в пыли. Утюг с накипью, старый, пачкает одежду. Постельное белье, полотенца, покрывала - все старое, в пятнах. Кондиционеры еле работают, запах в комнатах ужасный, у детей сразу аллергия началась. При этом кондиционеры на первом этаже дома работают только при условии дополнительной оплаты по 10 евро в сутки за каждый!!! Впервые вообще с таким сталкиваюсь! При этом жара была около 40 градусов, я вынуждена была сразу согласиться, но подключили их только через 2 дня после нашего приезда в дом. В доме нет ничего - ни мыла, ни какого-то минимального набора продуктов (соль, сахар, чай…). Прилетели поздно вечером, до магазина не успели доехать, даже руки нечем было помыть. Правда, по моей просьбе управляющая компания приобрела заранее необходимый минимальный набор продуктов. За это спасибо! И вообще, они старались быстро реагировать на мои просьбы, были очень вежливы и внимательны, к их работе вообще нет претензий, кроме некачественной уборки. Только благодаря их внимательному отношению к моим просьбам ставлю оценку чуть повыше. Вообще не рекомендую арендовать эту виллу. Испорченный отпуск! Хорошо, что у нас отпуск месяц, переехали из этой виллы на оставшийся период в другую, под управлением другой компании - все идеально!

• Imogen (10/5): Exceptional - The area is peaceful yet close to all the essentials, offering the best of both relaxation and convenience. The villa itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
