It didn't feel safe to stay there if you were a girl. I was awake the whole night. It is not in walking distance to Bhophal Junction,
• त्रिपाठी (1/5): Request booking.com to stop booking hotels for customers. - Nothing Dirty rooms, torn and dirty linen. No drinking water, no TV, no wifi, no lock in the door. Washroom dirty with sink and flush pipe leaking 24 hrs. Bad odour lot of mosquitoes. Overhead fan rotating and giving a feel that it might fall at any time. Waste of money.

• Blandine (4/5): Not a good experience - Hot water available. Near the bus and train stations. Not expensive. I don’t understand why the hotel is so well rated. The room was not clean: the linen, the wall and the bathroom were dirty. There were bugs. The address was not exactly the one written on Booking (the one on Google is correct). The floor was smelling really badly (not the room fortunately). There were no toilet paper even if it was written on the description.

The only thing while giving the review is I missed taking the photo. If you book the room there ask the receptionist to give a selfie of him in front of the reception, you will get to know about the situation. Worst hotel if you go there by seeing it's review. Very pathetic. I booked this hotel just because of the review of this hotel on booking.com. Below are the things that will agitate you if you visit there ( I again say, avoid this hotel pls) 1. Inspite of the booking the delux room that had facilities you can see on booking.com, this hotel did not provide water (there is no ro water facility here) which was said free to us. You can get water with 20 charge. 2. I booked delux room and paid for that but they gave me some other room that had ac barely working (so noise I couldn't sleep),+ a) no tv b) no wifi c) someone did smoke in the room, the room was full of cigerette butts and was not cleaned d) there was used condom in the room and was not cleaned e) someone ate in the room and the plastic etc. was there, the dustbin was not empty. f) the toilet was super dirty so as the room 3. The reception is super lazy and the overall service was far far poor. If you keep Everything aside, at least water should be available in the hotel for drinking and if it is not there it should be updated on the booking site. Don't go there and if you are coming late evening it is big No. The location is very inside, you will feel like trapped. Rating 0/10
