• Tiziana (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno per un concorso alla Fiera di Roma - L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le mia aspettative ma la vera chicca è il signor Nicola, pieno di premure. Facile accesso, appartamento in condominio tranquillo. Wi-Fi ottimo. Piacevolissimo lo spazio esterno, ho fatto la colazione all'esterno anche a novembre!

• Michael (4/5): Stay at your own risk, be aware of the neighbourhood. - The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything as described. The area of the apartment was horrible. There should be a warning, my partner and I got a shock to arrive at the place. It is dirty and deserted with broken businesses around. The check in and key collect was not well described, the video link provided did not work and the manager was polite and I could contact but he did not speak English well. See photo's of area.

• Emma (10/5): - Extremely kind, responsive,flexible and helpful host.Spacious, clean and comfortable place with a big furnished outdoor space.Close to a train station and airport.The mall next door has a hypermarket etc. The neighbourghood is not inspiring,I only stayed for the night.

• Raisa (10/5): Siisti ja rauhallinen yöpyminen muutaman minuutin junamatkan päästä lento-asemalta - Sijainti on loistava. Vieressä on suuri ostoskeskus ja lähellä olevalta asemalta pääsee muutamassa minuutissa lento-asemalle. Myös Roomaan pääsee junalla helposti. Täällä olisi voinut viettää useammankin yön. Käytävältä kuului äänet selvästi, mutta se ei haitannut, koska asunto oli hiljainen yöllä ja siellä sai hyvin nukuttua. Wifin salasanaa ei löydetty, mutta olimme niin lyhyen aikaa ettei ehditty sitä myöskään kysyä.

• Ian (6/5): Reasonable place to stop off to sleep, but wouldn’t rebook - We had a bedroom separate from the living area which is great to get over long haul flights Very difficult to find. A noisy neighbourhood. The taxi driver from the airport said she could not drive within the complex & we’d have to find it on foot. The taxi driver who picked us up came right inside the complex, but we were waiting out where we had been dropped off - very confusing. The apartment is within a derelict complex.

It's spacious and there are two smart TV, very nice 👍 Bathroom is one of the 2 biggest ones we have stayed at among our 10 rentals in this Italian trip. There's not much that we didn't like. Oh, if we have to say, the scent of the air freshener in the living room is too strong. We prefer fresh air to air freshener!

• Wojciech (10/5): Doskonałe miejsce na wypady do Rzymu i Ostii. - Doskonała lokalizacja, apartment czysty i przytulny z ogródkiem, blisko do stacji kolejowej i galerii handlowej, okolica bezpieczna. Apartament zabezpieczony antywłamaniowo. W apartamencie cicho, sprawna klimatyzacja, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka duża, wygodna, łóżko wygodne, zadbana okolica. Możliwy parking podziemny. Z lotniska kolejką kila minut- stacja Parco Leonardo. Kolejką 30 minut do centrum Rzymu za 2.20 euro. Do Ostii 15 minut autem, bilet do Ostia Antica za 18 euro ważny 8 dnii, wejście wielokrotne. Polecam. Trudno znaleźć wady. W kuchni nie było kieliszków do wina i korkociągu ale wożę swoje.

Noi eravamo in viaggio per problemi familiari, con un figlio disabile e cagnolina ( la mascotte) al seguito , nostro figlio autistico non sempre accetta il cambiamento, ma in quell’appartamento lui subito si è trovato a suo agio,,, che dire ,,, grazie Nicola , ed a presto 🙏🤗

• Amici (10/5): - Nicola e suo figlio sono stati veramente accoglienti e disponibili. La loro gentilezza e simpatia ha reso il nostro weekend ancora più piacevole, gliene siamo davvero grati. L'appartamento è spazioso, curato e pulito. Ed è arredato con gusto. Ha tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Ci sono tanti dettagli che rendono la permanenza molto comoda: dal letto perfetto, che vien voglia di comprarsene uno uguale, l'asciugacapelli potente, il posto auto a disposizione, l'angolo colazione e così via La posizione poi è comodissima, vicina al treno e al centro commerciale
