• Anita (5/5): Schade das Haus verdient einen klügeren Umgang mit seinen Optionen so Nie wieder - Das Bett war angenehm, der Stil des Hauses und seine Größe, auch die Größe des Zimmers und , dass es grün gab und meistens ruhig war Das Frühstück war extrem bescheiden, Schaumstoffbrötchen ein Klacks Marmelade und kalter Kaffee , die meisten Zimmer haben keine Fenster und das, was wir dann schließlich bekamen hatte zwar welche, aber alle Milchglas. Der Blick blieb also im Raum gefangen und dessen Ausstattung war bis auf das Bett absolut unansehnlich, nur die Größe hat gerettet. Da wir nur 2 Nächte in Lima bleiben wollten haben wir nichts anderes gesucht.

Num lugar tranquilo e próximo a restaurantes, cafés, bares, parques, praia e shopping. O café da manhã é bom. Achei o custo-benefício fantástico.

I love the vibe of traditional house style with many detail decoration - The old house is so beautiful, the host Alex speaks good English and his hospitality is so warm for us who take Lima as our 1st stop in Peru. Not enough hot shower at night time :( though we did had shower but it getting cold in the end so we took shower so quickly.

La habitación que nos tocó es super espaciosa, está todo muy limpio y el desayuno estaba increible. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros también, dejándonos alargar un poco el checkout. Recomendable 100%

• Paul (9/5): nice stay in a good neighborhood of Lima - Building has a lot of character, staff is friendly and helpful, I could check into the room early morning, wifi is strong and neighborhood is very nice with nice cafes and restaurants it's a bit noisy (not too bad) and breakfast is rather basic

• Kacper (10/5): A pearl hidden in Miraflores District. - An old fashioned villa located in the middle of Miraflores district with high ceilings and spacious rooms. The rooms look renovated and well kept. At the front and in the back there are 2 lovely small gardens surrounded by tress full of blossom. Very convenient check-in/out hours. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. There was no window in our room.

• Marissa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! Clean, comfortable, central location, quiet neighborhood and impeccable service! I can’t say enough about how incredible the hosts of this property are. Not only did they accommodate a unforseen 6am arrival on moments notice and have a room ready immediately, they accommodated an extended stay due to major flight delays also on moments notice. This adventure wouldn’t have been as seamless if it wasn’t for their hospitality.

There is a communal patio area that is super cute and inviting. There is no sign outside the door, but the address is clearly marked and they made sure and let me know the address before I arrived. Would have been better if there was a hairdryer in the bathroom

The room is huge with a nice mini kitchen. Hot showers with good water pressure. It feels more like an Airbnb than boutique. Although the room was very large I think we could have found better value for money. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and white toast. Not a lot of privacy between the rooms. No air conditioning room got hot.

• La (7/5): Served its purpose - It’s a unique place. Old sponges and rags left at the sink is not pleasant while eating. The room needs a thorough scrub and dusting. The fridge is loud when it comes on. Fresh sponge is in order for different guest use (in kitchen). Skimpy towels. Nice water pressure. Hot water only in shower with instant water heater hook up.

• Tero (10/5): Nice place to stay in Miraflores near all the tourist spots - Good location, short walk away from Park Kennedy and the shore. The room was spacious with good facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Finding the place might have been a bit difficult but the staff kindly contacted me beforehand to provide instructions and photos of the entrance. They also allowed me to leave my luggage on the property after my check-out as my flight out was much later that same evening.

• Nevena (8/5): Good value for the money - Location was good. Rooms were spacious. we had two rooms: living room and bedroom. There was fridge and micro wave in the the living room.. Bathroom was good. It was very hot and it would be good to have air conditioning. Fan was not enough. Windows were small so it was not helping to open them. There was light in the hallway all night and it was annoying as you could see it in the room through windows. I had to get up in the middle of the night and go out and turn off those lights.

Was lovely having a living room separate from the bedroom. I enjoyed having the electric tea kettle to boil my own water for drinking. It was an awesome space for a solo traveler.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - Nice location, spacious room, nicely designed, fully equipped with refrigerator, bathtub and everything. A window goes into a corridor so there is almost no natural light. Also all noise and talks are clearly heard in the room, which makes it impossible to have rest during the day if there are other people talking in the yard or in the kitchen or wherever.
