• Alessandro (9/5): Confortable and spacious! - Pros: Comfort and Size: The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. Extra Bed: There was also a third emergency bed available, which was a great plus. Bright and Airy: The room gets plenty of natural light. Check-in & Communication: Accessing the property was very easy, and the instructions were clear. The host provided constant feedback and communication. Cons: Location: You need to take a couple of public transport connections to get to the city center, so it’s not the most convenient if you want to go out and come back on foot. Value for Money: The price is fair in my opinion, though not exactly cheap.

• Paola (5/5): Comodo ma non adatto agli allergici. - Posizione ottima e comodo se si vuole fare colazione in struttura. Purtroppo le lenzuola erano piene di polvere. Io sono allergica (asmatica) ed è stata veramente una notte sacrificante per me.

Había nevera y la gente que atendia era muy amable Mucho ruido de las habitaciones se escucha mucho todo. Baño demasiado pequeño y la ventena no se podia ni abrir del olor a frito que habia en el pulmon del edificio

Shared kitchen with all the dishes, a coffee maker, and own section in the fridge. Overall, it's a great value for money given how expensive Rome can be. A downside was the lack of a wardrobe. Also, the soundproofing could be better since you can hear people talking in the hallway.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was a good selection of pillows. I would also like to note that the location is very convenient, right in the city center, while still being quiet and calm. There is also a supermarket in the building, which was useful. The room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. The sound insulation in the hotel is not very good, but during our stay everyone was quiet and respectful

• Casper (5/5): Passable, but not great sleeping - Clean Beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. Almost felt like sleeping on a slope. Airconditioner was noisy and bright light. Since you book this place primarily for sleeping, these problems are unmissable.

В самата сграда няма добър обхват, което допълнително усложнява комуникацията и достъпа. Стаята беше шумна и не особено чиста. Леглото беше неудобно, като едната му страна дори беше счупена. Освен това, не винаги имаше топла вода, което е сериозен минус. По време на 4-дневния ни престой никой не смени чаршафите, хавлиите или да почисти стаята, което е недопустимо. Като цяло, за цената, която платихме, мястото не си заслужава. Не бихме повторили.

We also had access to a fully equipped kitchen, which was a big plus and gave us extra flexibility during our stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend it.

• Jane (9/5): Good place for a short stay in Rome. - Good location to explore Rome near to the Borghese Gallery with access to transport for the rest of Rome. A reasonable price for the location. The hosts shared easy instructions for access and use of the facilities. Room heating and hot water were great. Close to a range of restaurants and a small supermarket. We liked everything!

• Rossella (9/5): - Siamo state in 7 ragazze e abbiamo prenotato due stanze. Abbiamo soggiornato la sera del 31 e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il check-in è stato spiegato in modo preciso e dettagliato, rendendo l’arrivo semplice e senza alcuna difficoltà. La posizione è davvero comoda: vicina ai mezzi di trasporto e sotto casa sono presenti un Carrefour e un tabacchino, molto utili.Le stanze erano pulitissime e ben tenute. L’host è stato gentile, disponibile e ha risposto sempre rapidamente a ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliamo assolutamente la struttura e ci torneremo volentieri.

• Melania (8/5): - Molto la posizione il contesto e lo spazio per tea e caffè. Tutto molto carino e accogliente. Il rumore notturno di alcuni ospiti che alle 3 di notte sostavano nella zona caffè. Ma non e' colpa certo del proprietario ma della maleducazione delle persone.

• Radostina (10/5): Първа обиколка на Рим - Местоположението е перфектно за туристическа обиколка на Рим. Стаята беше изключително чиста, леглото голямо и много удобно, банята чиста и без забележки. Хората определено са се погрижили нищо да не липсва на хората, които отсядат тук. Не сме се възползвали от кухнята, но смятам, че това е голям плюс - има кафе и чай, микровълнова. Беше тихо и много приветливо - благодарим! Ще се върнем пак!

• Riccarda (8/5): ottima posizione, da tenere in considerazione per visitare Municipio II - la posizione ottima per Parioli, Coppedè e Pinciano. Camera comoda e pulita. Purtroppo c'è stato un disguido al check in: la nostra camera non era pronta, avevamo già scaricato i bagagli, quindi abbiamo soggiornato in un'altra stanza, sempre comoda e pulita, ma più piccola. Alla richiesta delle spugne per il terzo letto, ci hanno detto di prenderle dalla sala comune: ho preso quello che ho trovato, c'era a spugna media e quella piccola, non quella da doccia. Dato il disguido al check in, avrei apprezzato venisse qualcuno a darci tutto.
