Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, die Matratzen hart (was mir recht ist) und das Hotel liegt perfekt für ein paar Tage Mailand, zwischen dem Airport Malpensa und der City. Für 35 Euro kann man am Bahnhof eine Drei-Tages-Karte für das gesamte Netz der Lombardei kaufen, gültig für alle Verkehrsmittel! Was uns sehr störte: Alles ist Einweg und Plastik beim Frühstück. Alles ist einzeln verpackt, egal ob cerealien, Marmelade, butter, sogar das Salz. Alles ist so billig wie nur irgend möglich und wenn man Rührei in Einweg Packungen erhalten würde, wäre das auch noch verpackt! Auf dem Zimmer Kaffee (in Plastik), Becher (in Plastik), Besteck (in Plastic). Wer was aufs Zimmer will: in Plastik. Wer sich was an der Hotelbar mit nach oben nimmt : in Plastik. Das Hotel muss jeden Tag Unmengen an Plastik entsorgen. In Zeiten der Meere voller Mikroplastik und dem weltweiten Trend zur Nachhaltigkeit um der Erderwärmung vorzubeugen, produziert dieses Hotel mehr Müll als jedes vergleichbare Motel in den USA. Und das will was heißen! Im Übrigen werden auch die Gäste abgefertigt, wie das Frühstück : Kein Kissen Wechsel möglich, kein Kaffee mehr wenn er alle ist und der Fahrstuhl fährt nur, wenn man Glück hat. Dafür sind 105 pro Nacht schlicht zu viel verlangt
- Carmel (10/5): - הצוות היה נחמד מאוד! הגעתי בטיסה מאוחרת למלפנסה ועשיתי צ׳ק אין ב-1 לפנות בוקר. מאוד נוח שיש קבלה 24/7. העובד שקיבל אותי היה מקסים ועזר לי עם המזוודה. בבוקר שעזבתי העובדת בקבלה עזרה לי למצוא רכבת שמתאימה לי לשדה התעופה. הצוות פשוט מקסים! החדרים נקיים מאוד ונוחים. ממליצה מאוד למי שנשאר ללילה אחד לקונקשן ארוך.

- Karin (9/5): Удобная гостиница в 20 минутах от аэропорта - Нам был нужен номер на ночь возле аэропорта и он поностью отвечал нашим ожиланиям. Чисто, просторный номер, хороший персонал, скромный завтрак, есть своя парковка. Мы были на машине и у нас не было проблемы добраться о гостиницы или в другие места. Завтрак мог бы быть более разнообразный.

Achei o café da manhã bom com poucas opções. Jantamos uma vez no restaurante do hotel e a comida estava muito boa, bem feita e deliciosa.

- Sigrid (9/5): Zwischenstopp - Das Hotel ist gut ! Für ein zwischen Stopp gut . Oder für Messe oder Geschäftsleute auf der Durchreise . Für den Urlauber ist das Hotel zu Nüchtern . Aber für uns passte es sehr gut , nur als Übernachtung , als Zwischenstopp. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme auf meine nächste Durchreise wieder vorbei 💕

- Guest (7/5): Rooms were nice and clean/comfortable but I wouldn’t recommend dinner in their restaurant. - The rooms, beds and general facility are very clean, comfortable and up to date. Everything we ordered for dinner was subpar and I wished we would have just walked across the street to have pizza—it was such a disappointment for both meals ordered. The gentleman at desk was very accommodating and ordered us a taxi to the airport but with his accent it sounded like the cost would be $17, we were shocked to get charged 70 Euros. It is however about an 8 min walk to train station if your flight doesn’t leave too early. They made us a breakfast to go which was kind , but we didn’t eat it because it was packaged/processed items mostly besides the apple and can of water. I would stay again but just not eat dinner in the restaurant nor order a taxi to take us to airport. The restaurant produced horrible meals and I am not a picky eater. There was a website that stated they offer an airport shuttle but they do not—if you have an early am flight it would be best to stay closer to the airport—there is a Sheraton across the street from the airport.

- Carola (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, staff molto professionale e gentile. - L'hotel si trova a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Busto Arsizio Nord; per questo motivo abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel loro parcheggio (coperto e chiuso) per 10 giorni in quanto siamo partiti da Malpensa per un viaggio. Ci è stato riconosciuto anche uno sconto visto il parcheggio così lungo, quindi concorrenziale rispetto ai parcheggi dell'aeroporto. Tutto lo staff è estremamente gentile e professionale. L'albergo sembra nuovo o ristrutturato molto recentemente. Camera accogliente e arredata con gusto, funzionale. Bagno molto spazioso. Colazione a buffet di ottimo livello. Lo consiglio sia per un viaggio di lavoro sia quale appoggio per arrivi/partenze dall'aeroporto di Malpensa

- Cassidy (10/5): Convenient location, clean. - We had a phenomenal stay. The room was extremely clean, and the location was absolutely perfect. We were a short 6-minute walk from the train station, and the train to the airport was about 10 minutes. The train to the airport leaves fairly frequently too, so there are lot of departure time options. The staff was very friendly. We found the mattress to be slightly too firm for our liking, but overall, we still had a great sleep.

We asked for a shuttle to Malpensa, the staff was more than happy to arrange a taxi however the price was 70€ for a 8min drive at 3 am, since we didn’t had any other choice of course we booked it, we just didn’t expect to be that much. Overall for one night stay was great.
