• Cristina (7/5): Overall, the stay was pleasant and enjoyable despite these small drawbacks. - I really liked the location and the building, and it was very convenient to enter the apartment easily with an access code. The host was extremely responsive and kind, and we also appreciated being able to leave our luggage before the official check-in time. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, especially in the bathroom, and the beds were not the most comfortable. It felt more due to the apartment being quite used over time, so a light renovation would really help improve the overall experience.

• Celjo (5/5): Staying in Bari - Location is really good, nearby most of the things to see, but from 4 nights, 3 nights it was so loud after 11PM when we tryed to sleep, other guests were going up and down the stairs, being loud, speaking in the hall. On the walls signs of water leakage with marks from water on the ceiling, and the color in toilet cracking from the walls. Anyway only the location and kitchen that we got was to say good, everything else to think about, and i think as well that the price was a bit high for that what we got.
• Małgorzata (6/5): Plusem była lokalizacja, ale łóżko polowe było tragiczne, składało się podczas spania, - Na plus na pewno możliwość zakwaterowania wcześniej i zostawienie bagażu po wymeldowaniu Wejście do apartamentu jest dość problematyczne, kod który wpisuje się na klamce często się zacinał, Apartament miał być 4 osobowy, jednak jedno z łóżek było dostawiane i składało się kilkakrotnie podczas spania, kuchnia słabo wyposażona, brakowało między innymi sztućców, Papier toaletowy i worki na śmieci trzeba dokupywać we własnym zakresie, ponieważ na miejscu było tylko po sztuce
• Schneider (1/5): Az út a kaland része, na de ennyire? - Tisztasàg A jelzett érkezésünk előtt /15 óra/ pár perccel kaptunk értesítést, mi szerint később tudjuk elfoglani az apartmant. Sikerült 16:30- kor bejutnunk. A högy egyszerűen egy szóval “kért elnézést” A lakásajtó okoszárral felszerelt, inernetes appal kombinàlva túl bonyolított. Közel az òvároshoz helyezkedik el, azonban a háztömb egy katasztrófa. Éjjel làrmás szomszédoktòl vízhangzó. Az erkélytől 1 méterre lévő lapostetőn állati ürülék kupac hevert és bűzlött. Csak ezen az oldalon lehetett szellőztetni. A lakás fala felvizesedett, helyenként omlásnak indult. A tűzhely mögötti csempét felragasztott linóleum helyettesítette. A lakásban apró hangyák sorakoztak. Siralmas állapotok uralkodnak.
• Ventsislav (2/5): Ако има възможност избягвайте мястото, докато не му направят основен ремонт. - Единственото положително и похвално нещо в престоя ни бе осигурената стая за оставяне на багаж извън часовете за настаняване и напускане. В близост (на 2 минути пешеходно разстояние) има кафе, магазин и автобусна спирка. Снимките не отговарят на действителността. Комуникацията с персонала отговарящ за апартаментите беше изключително бавна и на моменти липсваща. В един от апартаментите имахме проблем с тоалетното казанче (течеше вода без да може да се спре в продължение на два дена и никой не реагира), в друг апартамент кода за достъп не работеше, контактите не работиха и нямаше начин да си заредим нормално телефоните. Баните бяха доста мръсни, всичко беше или захабено или не работещо, миризма на застояло и мухъл. Част от предоставените хавлии бяха мръсни, с косми и петна. Самите апартаменти имат потенциал, но трябва основен ремонт.

• Jade (3/5): pénible, et pas très sécurisant - l’emplacement, mais mise à part cela rien d’autre L’appartement était extrêmement vide, aucune deco, chère pour ce que c’est, sans parler du moyen d’entrée dans les chambre que je trouve bien mais aussi mauvais car sans son téléphone, ni batterie impossible de rentrer dans l’appartement. Puis je trouve que c’est pas très sécurisé
• Ivayla Radkova (10/5): Spacious and comfortable apartment near Bari center - Extremely spacious apartment with two big rooms and tall ceilings. Nice location, close to the center. We had a lovely time there! Recommendation for future visitors: if you are traveling by car, you can calmly park on the street. It is much cheaper than the parking (1€/h, working time 8:30-20:30), and there are always free spaces. You can pay on a machine that's on the right corner of the building in front of the apartments' entrance.

• Anett (7/5): Elhelyezkedése kiválló. - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Nagyon piszkos volt amikor megérkeztünk, használt ágy és törölközők, szemét mindenhol, később takarítót küldtek. Az ajtó zár nem működött első nap. Az egyik ágy össze volt törve.

• Nicole (3/5): Poor - Good placement The walls were moldy, we had an issue one night with some of the guests because they were knocking at all the doors because the sistem to get in when you first arrive its really complicated and bad, and they couldn’t get inside the apartment so they knocked at 4 am on every door for an hour.. the bed mattress was almost broken, which a big gap right in the middle of the bed

• Szymon (8/5): Good stay with area to improve. - Good location. Walking distance to every important point of Bari. Huge space in apartment. Good kitchen appliances. Bad bed quality. Too flat pillows. Poor ventilation very humid. Drain in shower was blocked and doors were not closing properly.
• Alexander (2/5): The hotel owner needs to think about his guests and their comfort much more! - Hotel location and room size SHOCK No. 1. Complete lack of communication with the owner of the hotel. We arrived at 22 o'clock and couldn't open the door. I spent an hour on it, but I still couldn't open the combination lock. The internet connection in the hotel lobby is very poor. We went outside all the time to send the confirmation code. After an hour of such agony (there is no chair or armchairs in the hotel lobby to sit down after a 23-hour trip), we called the owner 5 times, but no one answered the phone. After that, we wanted to call the police. We were very tired and did not know where we would spend the night. But they called us back and explained for a long time in Italian how to open it. And we said we didn't understand and couldn't open the door. It was only after my husband started shouting for them to come and open the door and that we would call the police that a girl on a scooter drove up and opened the doors for us. We didn't hear any apologies! Only the displeasure on her face! SHOCK No. 2. There was no window in our room! This can be seen in the photo. Attention!!!! This is number 1. Instead of a window, the door opens directly onto the sidewalk. We didn't see any sunlight. Shock No. 3. It's VERY noisy here!!! We slept like we were on the street. We heard everything!!!!! Shock No. 4. Dirty pillows. This can be seen in the photo. Shock No. 5. There is no soap in the bathroom. It is not possible to ask the owner, because he is VIRTUAL and there is no connection with him. During the 4 days of our stay at the hotel, we were given 2 small shampoos. Shock No. 6. There is a coffee maker in the room, but no capsules. We asked the maid where to get the capsules, and they told us that they could be bought at the supermarket. Then why write that he has a coffee machine???? SHOCK No. 7. I do NOT RECOMMEND eating a small one!!!! YOU WILL SPOIL YOUR VACATION!!!!.
• Alexander (3/5): Do not spoil your rest and mood! - The location and size of the room. 1. We moved from Room No. 1 of this hotel to No. 12 of the same hotel. We wrote to the hotel owner many times about our request to leave our belongings at the hotel, as we checked out at 10 a.m. and checked in at 3 p.m. And it's very problematic to carry two suitcases around the city for 5 hours. But they sent us a bot. And they have not once responded to our request. This can be seen in the correspondence on the Booking. Despite the fact that it was an elementary request from his guests, he did not help us!!!! 2. Room 12 is located on the top floor of the hotel and is reached by 53 steps up the stairs. A woman can lift her suitcase up 53 steps. 3. Room 12 has a terrible stench from the sewer. This terrible smell was present the entire time we stayed in the room. 4. In the bedroom of our room, there were large moisture stains and mold on the wall. 5. Please note that the photo of the hotel on the website does not correspond to reality!!!! THE photo SHOWS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HOUSE! Is the hotel owner deliberately and in advance deceiving his guests??? The hotel is not located at the intersection of streets. The hotel is the fourth house in the photo. Think about it a few times before booking a room at this hotel. There is a lot of information that is not true in advance and a lot is not told to us on the site. I do not recommend it.
• Dimitar (6/5): Its ok for one or two nights - The bed was SUPER comfortable. The host sent us instructions how to unlock the door and everything. The bus stop for the airport is just at the back of the building. Down the street you can get everything you need. Lovely coffee and croissants place at the street corner. The room is dark and there is lack of many little things the make your stay more pleasant-there is no hangers, there is no soap in the bathroom. There is coffee machine but there is no even 1 coffee capsule left. The shower cabin is super small and uncomfortable. You will face difficulty to move if you are not a skinny person. Almost no sunlight.
• Venetta (10/5): Chose this place if you need a bed, morning cofee and a shower! - Excellent location. Instructions for accessing the premises were sent promptly and were very easy to follow. Kind and patient host - answered all my questions promptly at any time. Although it is on the ground floor I herd no noise (and I am sensitive to noise!). There was coffee machine and coffee capsules. If I have to say something that would only be that there is no daylight in the flat, but this was absolutely no problem for us as we would get up early, leave the premises, explore Puglia and come back late in the evening.
• Veselina (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioned. Very comfortable beds. Self check-in. Very nice and cooperative personnel. About 20 min walking distance to the Old Town and the Central Station. A very good supermarket nearby. Close to bus stop. We recommend.
