Lo que mas nos gustó era las personas en la vecindad eran autenticos romanos muy simpaticos y los cafés y restaurantes tenían precios razonables y la stación del tram estaba muy cerca. Lo único que faltana para estar muy al gusto era un ventilador o aire acondicionado.

• Bojan (5/5): - Very clean, great communication with the owner. Super easy to check in. Room was good, but the water heater in the shower had no protection with wires hanging loose. Serious safety hazard. I was switching the water heater off while showering. About half an hour to Terminal by public transport

• Dénes (9/5): Superb - Excellent value for my money! The tooms are freshly renovated, new and clean from the inside with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen had a reasonable repertoire of cutlery as well, including a pen. There were no big issues, everything went fine and the host helped me trough the phone getting in when I didn't find the keys. A few recommendations: To make short-time travelers' life a bit easier the bathroom could have some shower gel (they had soap and toothpaste though), and I was missing a cutting board from the kitchen (or I just didn't find it). The location is a bit off the center - around 30 minutes of travel, and I wouldn't recommend most people to walk around that neighborhood alone at night - but that's none of the fault of this accommodation.

• Philip (9/5): A large, relaxed, residential space in Rome with easy centre access, this was perfect for my stay! - For the price I though this was a great stay. There was an easy check-in with excellent communication. The room was large and airy and bright during the day, and had a little balcony too which was a pleasant addition to relax in the evening and watch the streetlife. It is a busy main road, so as you would expect, there is city traffic noise early morning until late, which doesn't bother me as I love the city buzz, but may not be for everyone. The private bathroom is a good size and was clean and well equipped with constant hot water whenever needed. There was a shared kitchen which was easily accessible and had excellent utensils, crockery and fridge and cooker - all very clean and kept well organised. The location was a little further from the city centre as informed in the description, but a bus 2 minutes away (No.14) was frequent to Termini, also there is a Metro station (Gardenie) about a 15/20 minute walk away, so getting in and out of the centre was very easy! I really enjoyed a relaxed stay here with no stress at all! :) I think there could be a little more heating time in the bedroom in the Winter months maybe, as the room did get a little cold at night (December visit) and the bathroom heating did not seem to be working during my stay. Also, the main double bed frame was a little old and felt a little wobbly. The doorway to the room could use a little attention inside with broken/crumbling plaster and the apartment front door handle was quite loose too. The shower fixture was broken so you could not raise the shower head for taller people! For anyone wanting room service there is none available, so no clean towels or beds made for you. Maybe you can get these by communicating (the host is great at responding) but I did not need this service. However, overall for the price, I though this suited all my needs for this stay and just a bit of attention to some of the small issues would make this place even better! Having said all that, I would definitely return! :)

• Jhon (10/5): Agradable :) - I like the room, it is big, also the location is good, you just take a bus to the closest metro and then you can freely move throughout the city. Supermarket is near The shared toilet, some people left it wet after showering, there was not mop around to dry off the floor in this case, but apart from thar, all good.

• Gia (7/5): The room was nice and comfortable, but having no WIFI for 6 days is unacceptable. - The room is quite spacious and perfect for 2 people. Since we were there in the peak summer-time and it was 38 degrees almost everyday, we had to buy a fan. There was no air conditioning or a fan in the room. We also did not have WIFI for 6 days, because of some network issues in the area. This was very unfortunate since we had to end up buying data which is costly.
