• Lina (8/5): Very good - Good location, about 10-15min from center. Room has a private bathroom and balcony, also good equipment in kitchen. we were very unpleasantly surprised when the hostess mixed up the information about the rooms and did not even apologize. We were under a lot of stress, in the evening we entered the room, which was indicated in the letter as ours, and there was a woman sleeping. We woke her up and explained which room could be ours. It was a very unpleasant experience. But we received 0 emotions from the hostess.
• Glenda (8/5): Excellence in Verona - Sandra was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help us get a taxi on our checkout day. Location was easy to get into the heart of Verona. The share kitchen, whilst was a bit daunting to start worked well. We had a blackout because we (guests) had too many appliances on at the same time. We rang Sandra and she walked us through how to turn it back on - this needs to be shared with all guests.
• Katie (10/5): Exceptional - The property was easy to find and self check-in went very smoothly. We loved the neighborhood because it wasn't right in the city center so we found some cute local restaurants to enjoy. We felt more like locals than tourists. The location was still convenient - about a 20 minute walk to the city center and very close to a bus stop when we needed it for a ride to the train station. Having access to a washing machine with laundry soap in the shared bathroom and drying rack in our room was so nice as we stayed here near the end of our three week trip! The shared bathroom was a little inconvenient but we knew we'd have a shared bathroom when we booked this lodging. It was fairly spacious and clean!
• Charlie (8/5): Very warm cosy and comfy place and not too far from town - Very comfortable and quiet and very clean room and bathroom. Air conditioning didn’t work
• Calum (8/5): Comfy and cool stay - Great size room, Aircon was 👌 Drying rack on the balcony was fantastic for our travels as we were one week into a two week trip. Bathroom was clean and a good size. Shower pressure 10/10. Kitchen facilities were there if needed. Shower head was a bit leaky, but didn't affect the pressure.

• Filip (10/5): Nice, modern and cozy apartment, not far away from the town core. - Everything was clean and ready before I arrived. The apartment is more than equipped with everything you need. The host was very nice and friendly. Verona was such a refreshment! Thank you.
