Bruno Fontenele (10/5): Superou as minhas expectativas! - Local limpo, organizado, com portaria 24h, seguro. Sistema de calefação funciona perfeitamente (água e ambiente). Espaço amplo, cozinha completa. Manutenção do prédio em dia. Localizado a 20 metros de uma estação de metro e 50 metros de um Carrefour. Pizzaria e Oxxo em frente. Atendimento profissional desde a reserva até a finalização. Não precisei me preocupar com nada. O apartamento é lindo e vista deslumbrante.

Diane (9/5): Superb - The location was next to the Manuel Montt metro station and very convenient to get around. The neighborhood had many restaurants and shops, including grocery store close by. Starbucks about a block away. The pictures were accurate. Nice size for 2 people and balcony a bonus to sit on having coffee or watching sunset. I had sent an email 30 hrs prior to arrival requesting possible earlier check-in than the posted 3pm. No response. Flight from US arrived early morning and arrived property at 10am. There's a reception desk in building, but it's for apartment building only. They have nothing to do with apartment rental. They did have a number for apartment owner, called no answer. Sent a message thru WhatsApp. Finally received response after booking.com contacted apartment owner. No early check-in and no place to store luggage, so we dragged luggage around neighborhood waiting

Karina (5/5): Passable - Very good area, you have good restaurants, café, bars, shop, metro, grosery stores in the nearby. Great view from the 20th floor. Good space for a family of two in the appartment (two bedrooms and two baths). Aircondition in one of the bedrooms and in the livingroom. Lot of sound from the traffic but normal in the City. Could have been cleaner (example: curtains and windows not clean) and walls need new paint stroke, some missing handles on the wardrobes and a loose toiletseat. No babycot,but this was informed beforehand.
