• Victoria (9/5): - Die Aussicht war sehr schön und die Ausstattung hat uns gefallen. Auch das der Gastgeber sich um uns bemüht hat und sehr freundlich war. Wir haben zusätzliche Grillkohle erhalten und ein Gastgeschenk.
• Sarah (4/5): Feuchtes Haus! - Das Haus kann meiner Meinung nach so nicht vermietet werden, da es feucht und Schimmelig ist und erst trocken gelegt werden müsste. Positiv wenn es trocken wäre ist das es super eingerichtet ist, das Bett und die Couch bequem ist, die Küche und das Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist leider komplett feucht und hat Schimmelspuren wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Feuchtigkeitdanzeige im Hau war immer zwischen 79 - 84%. Die Bettwäsche war klamm.. Bei Regen regnet es im Schlafzimmerfenster rein, siehe Bild. Die Vermieterin haben wir daraufhin kontaktiert und diese behauptete das kommt von dem vielen Regen in letzter Zeit und das es ein Landhaus auf einer Insel ist. Leider null entgegen kommen. Merkwürdigerweise ist aber ein Luftentfeuchter bereits vor Ort. Die zwei Liegen draußen sind defekt. Mindestens 5 Eidechsen leben mit im Haus was man wissen sollte. Ausserdem sind im Badezimmer schwarze Tausendfüßler. Schade für den Urlaub und dem Geld ... Da hätten wir besser ein Hotel genommen.
• marie (10/5): Belle maison avec terrasse parfaite ! - Bien situé dans un lieu peu touristique (ce que nous recherchions) mais à proximité de la ville de Santa Cruz de la Palma. Nous avons pu visité tous les lieux que nous souhaitions dans l'île. Maison bien équipée (tout ce qu'il faut pour se faire à manger) et agréable (beaucoup moins froide que d'autres locations que nous avons eu dans d'autres îles des Canaries). L'environnement est trés calme (juste un peu de bruit lors des entrainements de foot mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé) et trés belle vue sur les montagnes.. Nous nous sommes facilement garés le long du stade, il faut juste un peu marcher et monter les escaliers pour accéder à la maison. La piscine est trés belle mais nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner car elle était trop froide. La porte d'entrée se referme trés facilement et n'a pas de poignée à l'extèrieur : nous sommes restés enfermés dehors ... La porte de la salle de bain pourrait être modifiée car pas beaucoup d'intimité (cela ne nous a pas géné car nous n'étions que deux mais c'est dommage de ne pas améliorer ce point)
• Ruth (8/5): Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht und kleinen Einschränkungen - Gute Lage nahe Flughafen und gute Anbindung für Ausflüge. Nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Santa Cruz mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf Stadt und Berge. Schöner Außenbereich mit mehreren Sitzplätzen, überdachtem Grillbereich und kleinem Infinity-Pool. Gemütlichen eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten und guter Smart-TV mit Netflix. Kein direkter Parkplatz am Haus. Eingeschränkte Privatsphäre. (Die Wand zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich ist oben offen und die Schiebetür zum Bad mit WC schließt nicht vollständig). Qualität der Ausstattung mit Verbesserungspotenzial, wenig Ablageflächen in den Schlafzimmern. Heizlösung nicht optimal . Zeitweise Lärmbelästigung durch Trainingsbetrieb auf den darunterliegenden Fußballplätzen.
• Regine (10/5): Kommen gerne wieder - Die Lage mit dem Ost Blick auf den Atlantik. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre optimal. Ansonsten ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

• Heinz (9/5): Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, tolle Lage zur Erkundung des Nordens und des Roques des Muchachos. - Tolle Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf Santa Cruz und das Meer und auf der hinteren Seite ins Grüne. Toller Pool, super Aussenbereich, für ein Paar genug Platz. Schön um entspannte Ferien zu geniessen. Gut gelegen zur Hauptstadt aber trotzdem ruhig. Küchenausstattung etwas dürftig, z.B. nur 3 Tassen , es fehlt ein Manual, z.B. wo den Abfall entsorgen oder bezüglich gefährlicher selbstschliessender Eingangstüre.
• Dietmar (9/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Lage ist für uns fantastisch etwas oberhalb und außerhalb von Santa Cruz. Das alte Bauernhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern renoviert. Man ist schnell auf den wichtigen Straßen um die Insel zu erkunden. Am besten gefällt uns die totale Ruhe und die traumhafte Aussicht über Santa Cruz, den Hafen bis zum Flughafen und die Berge. Wie häufig auf den Kanaren darf man Das toilettenpapier nicht in die Toilette werfen, sondern in den Behälter daneben. Das ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit.
• Angelica (10/5): - La casa es preciosa, amplia y cómoda, en una zona súper tranquila a un paso de Santa Cruz, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y desconectar. Nos encantó disfrutar en el exterior de su zona para comer y la piscina, y por supuesto sus maravillosas vistas. La dueña es encantadora, pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos en todo momento. El dormitorio principal, como la casa está decorado con mucho gusto pero, por decir algo, el espacio disponible para guardar la ropa nos resultó pequeño e insuficiente, echamos en falta un mueble auxiliar. Por lo demás, súper recomendable.
• Andrea (6/5): Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt schön - Schönes modernes renoviertes erweitertertes Haus. Modernes Bad, Hübscher kleiner Pool aber kalt, tolle Außenterrasse mit Windfang. Das meiste sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super für alle Richtungen für Ausflüge und nicht weit zum Flughafen / Fähre. Die Straße unterhalb hat nicht gestört. Sehr netter Nachbar der uns Obst schenkte. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt schön. Es fehlt: eine einfache Filter Kaffeemaschine, zu wenig Teelöffel und Tassen, reserve Handtücher, zu wenig WC Pappier und Spülmaschinentaps. Ein wenig mehr Ablageplätze im ersten Schlafzimmer wäre gut Die Wand von Wohnküche zum Schlafzimmer ist oben zur Decke / Dach offen. Kein Schallschutz, fehlende Privatsphäre zur Wohnküche. Die Schiebetür zum Bad ist sehr unpraktisch und öffnet sich manchmal von selbst; schwierige Privatsphäre. Leintuch ist eine Art Plastik, man schwitz stärker. Parkplatz inbegriffen ist übertrieben, man parkt oben an der Straße, ist aber unproblematisch wenn kein Fußballspiel ist. Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Bedienung vom TV umständlich. Viele bellende Hunde, aber dafür kann der Eigentümer nichts.

• Laura (9/5): Relax e comodità nelle vicinanze del capoluogo. - Tranquilla, ottima posizione, vicino a aeroporto e città, molto gradevole la mini piscina, pulita. Pochi ripiani per posizionare valigie o quant’altro, porta di chiusura del bagno possibilmente da revisionare.
• Javier (10/5): Muy recomendable - La casa está muy bien, perfectamente equipada, muy bien ubicada y tiene un jardín y piscina muy chulos con unas vistas increíbles. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. La puerta del baño, que no llega a cerrarse del todo y resta intimidad. Una de las dos habitaciones no tiene persiana (sí tiene un estor) y la puerta tiene cristal, por lo que entra la luz por las mañanas. No son dos grandes inconvenientes, la casa está genial.

Hubiera estado bien que nos explicasen que es común que pase en las casas, que te las puedes encontrar,, que son inofensivas y que están protegidas en la isla. Por lo demás, todo excelente

• Alison (10/5): We highly recommend this property and will definitely come again. At first glance we thought the proximity of the footba - A really beautiful house, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Its location offered a view right over Santa Cruz and it was lovely to sit in the outdoor dining area. The beds were very comfortable, and shower was powerful. The kitchen facilities included full oven and stove, dishwasher and washing machine - and everything you need if you want to self cater. Easy access to the bus routes. We spent some great days hiking in the mountains around Pico de la Nieve and it was lovely to return to a house that felt like a home. Many thanks to Lucia for keeping us so well-informed from start to finish. Nothing to dislike. Important to mention however that there are quite a number of steps to access the property and therefore might be unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
• Yash (10/5): Exceptional - By far the best place we stayed so far on the island. The property was very tasteful, comfortable and everything was well thought of. The beds were super comfy and the views outside were to die for. The host Lucia was very caring and responsive. They are in the process of adding a infinity pool to the property which they allowed us to access and it made our stay ever more interesting. One thing that could be improved is if after booking we can get a pinned location of the property that makes it easier to reach without getting lost. Otherwise we can't fault a thing. • David (10/5): Enjoyable stay - The property was very well located for our hiking activities. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower. There was a nice view of the town and sea. A good sitting out area. Minor point- more than one towel each for 8 days would be desirable. Problem parking one night when local football match on but we worked around it.

• Francois (10/5): A fantastic house, the views, the peace and quietness. The lush garden and the sundeck. - The house itself was beautiful. All hat was needed was there, spotless clean, good beds ànd a large bathroom. The views, the lush garden and the sundeck. Communication with the owner was great. Only for less agile people it might be difficult to climb the stairs. But therefore you have all the privacy in the world!
• Cor (9/5): A lovely quiet house - A lovely newly refurbished house overlooking the sea, situated just a 10 min drive from Santa Cruz. The house offers privacy and quiet. The host Lucia was very helpfull and even put up a Christmas tree for us.😊 Make sure you follow the location directions from Lucia. We followed Google maps and ended up on a very narrow and steep dirt road.
