• Dan Goicea (10/5): - We loved absolutely everything. There is a kind of residential area, with a few studios to rent. The sudio is spacious enough and well designed, and it does not feel crowded. There is good storage space ( we were traveling for 2 weeks visiting both Mauritius and La Reunion and we had 2 big luggage and 2 trolleys with us). The bed is big and comfortable and has 2 different pillow types: one softer and one firmer, which we really liked as everyone has his own preference. The kitchen is very well equipped, there was nothing we needed and we didn't find and we did cook either for bfast, lunch or for dinner. We were even provided with a large umbrella, as sometimes it rained, and it was nice not to have to worry about buying an umbrella. The pool area is beautiful, surrounded by lush vegetation, overlooking the lagoon. They also provide 2 canoe - complimentary for the guests of the studio. I do highly recommend enjoying the pool in the evening, after a long day of sightseeing and exploring beautiful Mauritius. Last, but not least, a huge Thank you to Josic, the lady in charge of the studio, who provided us with a bottle of water, some cheese, butter and bread ( as we arrived very late) and all the shops close by 6 or 7 pm. That was totally unexpected, but absolutely lovely on her part. ❤️ . If you are renting a car in order to visit different areas of Mauritius, then do not hesitate to come here; it really felt like a small corner of paradise. I just have 2 notes: - for the studio, i think having a mosquito net at the balcony door would be beneficial both for keeping things away ( mosquitoes, flies, geckos, etc) and also, during cooler months, the studio can be cooled just by keeping the door opened, rather than using the AC. - for the property itself, ( maybe the Maintenance personnel could consider puting a net on the Mango trees to secure the mango fruits do not fall on the cars parked under) the visitors parking spots are mainly under the 2 mango trees and we were a bit concerned parking there as if any fruit would fall and leave a dent on the car we would have had to pay ( the Full car insurance in Reunion costs as much as the car itself, so we opted not to buy the insurance). However, we did find one parking spot on one side and kept our car there. But again, these are just notes for future considerations; our stay here was just perfect and we would rent again if we ever get the chance to re-visit Mauritius.

When I first arrived, I was a bit confused about how to open the main gate of the building. However, after telling the security guard the host's name and that I was there to meet them, he kindly let me in.

• Liza (10/5): Fantastic find and generous host - The apartment resides in a lovely nook of River Noire. Posh residence community with access to the pool and marina. Josick was very welcoming. On arrival we already had provisions like water made available. While the place is cosy it spacious enough due to the attached balcony where you can leave your beach things.. The bed was firm and comfortable, the equipment was top.. And lots of mango trees and birds surround you. Place exceeded our expectations. At the beginning it might not be straightforward from which side to access the property. But a gentleman helped us and you realize that it is very well organized
• Sue (10/5): Peaceful haven of quiet - It was a private, oasis of nature and quiet but with access to a beautiful pool and marina view. The air conned apartment was the perfect package: modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped with everything you need with a lovely balcony where I sat all the time and listened to the birds. Secure parking. Locally: 20 mins walk to The Village cafe (fabulous) and also the Anglers Club for cheap drinks and watch sunset. Nice welcome from Josic.

• Danny (10/5): Exceptional - - cosy studio in a gated, upmarket residential complex - very nice! Everything was perfect, comfy bed and good quality bedding. Very good shower pressure, nice large balcony. TV with netflix etc. - very nice communal pool, with an amazing view of black river and use of kayaks. - padrino italian restaurant (highly recommend) is only a 7 minute walk. Authentic Neapolitan pizzas and an amazing view of the river. Watch the sunset there. - short walk to the whale/ dolphin departure point. - short drive to le morne beach. No beaches are private in Mauritius, so park at the public beach and walk down by Dinarobin resort. - 2 minute drive to “London Way” supermarket. Large supermarket with lots of choice, better than the supermarkets in the UK. - do not hesitate and just book your stay here, i preferred it here to the resorts we stayed in :) i will come back and stay here for sure! Nothing - all perfect 🤩

Modern, new apartment .Has all your basic needs and beyond! You don't need to go anywhere. Just relax here! The pool area has amazing view and the location is walking distance to some amazing water excursions. We loved every bit!
