• Quentin (5/5): Catastrophique… - Localisation de l’appartement proche du port, environ 5 minutes en voiture. Forte odeur d’urine de chat. Fuite d’eau au niveau de la baignoire. Un seul jeu de serviette. Qu’un seul rouleau de papier toilette. Rideau pas opaque. Aucun produit de corps (gel douche, shampooing…) Beaucoup de bruits dans la ruelle. Pas de vrai parking. Sois disant appartement SPA, en réalité seulement une baignoire balnéo qui fuit…. Propreté à revoir… Moisissures dans la chambre…
• Alla (5/5): - In general place is ok for night or two, if you hanging out on the beach all day and come back to sleep and change. The host is amazing young lady, Sashka, very sweet and helpful, she met us and booked a taxi to the airport next morning. Place is very close to everything that Tivat can offer and to the airport, that makes it a perfect spot, especially if your flight soon as it was in our case. However, during our stay there was a strong smell of a cat urine inside of the apartment, that made our night extreamly challenging. We decided not to bother the host since there is nothing she could do, especially in the middle of the night. Guess street cat could sneak in at some point (even though windows and doors were closed during our short stay. Maybe cat did it before our arrival and we just didn't noticed the smell, since we left to swim right after check in). Also the renovation is quite low quality diy. Especially kitchen unit. Looks good on photos, but made on the knee. The baseboard in living room was constantly falling off, the faucet in the kitchen as well (stressful). There was nothing in the bathroom to collect water from the floor (first of all there was no curtain so water on the floor was inevitable). No salt, no sugar. Very poor pots and pans. No mirror you could see yourself at least to the waist, no blanket or duvet in the bedroom, so if you sleep with AC - it's cold. For more than hundred euro per night it was sad... I'm not trying to shame the place, I'm honest about experience. Hope it will help owner to make place better.
• Nico (1/5): - Freier Parkplatz in der Nähe. Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Leider können wir die vielen sehr guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Beim Eintreten ins Apartment viel schon ein modriger Geruch auf, den wir abends auch durch gründliches Lüften nicht aus der Wohnung bekamen. Leider war es da schon zu spät abends und die Eigentümer nicht mehr da, sonst hätten wir nach einem anderen Apartment gefragt. Sauber war es leider auch nicht (es waren beispielsweise noch Essensreste in der Spüle). Wenn man allgemein unzufrieden ist, fallen einem natürlich direkt noch mehr Kleinigkeiten auf: - Kein Föhn und Duschgel im Bad - Tür zum Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht schließen - Kein Badvorleger - Kein Duschvorhang
• Séphora (4/5): Mauvais accueil - Bien situé Malheureusement, notre arrivée s’est très mal passée : personne n’était présent pour nous accueillir et nous avons dû attendre dehors pendant 2 heures. Certes, il ne pleuvait pas, mais attendre en plein soleil n’était vraiment pas agréable. J’ai tenté d’appeler à 6 reprises, sans aucune réponse. Ce n’est qu’après 2h15 que l’on nous a finalement rappelés pour nous expliquer comment accéder au logement. À l’intérieur, il manquait des basiques : pas d’éponge, seulement une petite lavette microfibre, et un seul rouleau de papier toilette. De plus, il ne faut pas oublier son gel douche, car rien n’était prévu à ce niveau-là. Enfin, j’ai dû m’enregistrer à l’office de tourisme, alors que cela aurait dû être pris en charge par l’hôte. Le logement est bien situé, mais l’expérience globale a été décevante. Je ne recommande pas.

• Guest (10/5): - Our host was very kind and helpful, even booking a taxi for us. The apartment had everything we needed and we were excited to find a bath with jets! The location is only a short walk up the hill from town which was great.
• Lee (6/5): Property is too expensive, needs repairs and is outside the waterfront area. - Quiet location. Host was helpful in organising a taxi to the airport. Property wasn’t ready for check in time. We had to ask for bed linen and made up our own bed. Property needs several repairs. Kitchen not very well equipped. Compared to the other 6 apartments we stayed in, in Montenegro this apartment was way overpriced at €106 per night + local taxes. It’s a 15 min walk to the marina area bars and restaurants.
• Marinka (7/5): Lähellä lentokenttää, kohtuullisen siisti. - Kivoja pieniä yksityiskohtia, ja potentiaalia paikassa olisi. Vähän pitäisi vielä kuitenkin skarpata. Lähellä lentokenttää, joten aamulennolle sopiva sijainti. Remonttia oli yritetty kovasti tehdä, mutta kyllä vielä tekemistä riittää. Huoneiston ympäristö aika epäsiisti kaiken kaikkiaan ja sijainti oli loppujen lopuksi aika huono. Vähän turhan kaukana kaikesta. Oltiin vain yksi yö, onneksi.

• Sanda (10/5): Excellent - Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, avaliable netflix, nice location just a few minutes away from the port, Sashka was really nice and polite, allowed to leave our bags at the property before even meeting us. Made sure we don’t have any problems. Everything was super nice, nothing bad to say.

• Eni (5/5): Passable - It had spider webs everywhere! and the floor was also not very clean, i wish the bed sheets where white and not colorful. The house was very beautiful and had everything we needed tho.

• Radena (10/5): Wonderful home spa! - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment over the weekend. The place was spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and filled with lovely aromas that made it feel like a true home spa. The atmosphere was so relaxing, I didn’t want to leave! The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!
• Mariia (4/5): Sad for this price - - 1. The apartment is very rundown. Not very clean in places, but most importantly, very rundown, every detail. 2. This is the zero floor, not first, at ground level. There are no windows in the hall/living room at all, it is damp and dark there. The bedroom has a balcony door that opens directly onto the street. You couldn’t open the curtains - people literally walk right past you, not often, but too close intimately and loudly. You also won't be able to air it out, unless you want insects and mosquitoes (there are no nets, and as a bonus, I saw a snake not far from the house😑) 3. When we moved in, there was no blanket in the apartment. Yes, the kind owners brought one, but it took two communication rounds :) 4. I specifically chose a place with card payment option so as not to mess around with cash. in the end, “the terminal doesn't work” - also few rounds of communication about solving the problem and then going to the ATM. In sum, it's not worth it, the apartment is really sad for its price, the owners are nice people, but spending the weekend talking to them because of problems is not the purpose of a seaside vacation(
• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - These apartments have a very good location. Not far from the sea and shopping. The owner of the hotel is nice and always helpful. The apartment is freshly renovated and has everything you need even for a long stay. Very comfortable bed and jacuzzi bath was by the way. It was nice to be in the apartment. The decoration and smell were pleasant. I recommend to everyone who wants to stay here. Thanks to the owner.
• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Suzana is a lovely host! The apartment was so comfy, clean, warm and peaceful, I had a wonderful time there, exactly what I was looking for on my short break. Appreciated a bath on a cold rainy day and the bed was soooo comfortable, paired with the town centre and the sea being within a 5-10 mins walk I definitely recommend the place. Thanks a lot!
