La posizione è molto comoda per la vicinanza con il centro e co - L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e c’era tutto il necessario. La posizione era ottima! L’ingresso allo stabile è poco comodo per una persona con difficoltà motorie (non il nostro caso)

• Nicoletta (9/5): Lovely stay in grottaferrata - The house was very modern and new. It was well equipped and cosy. We were a family of 5, with 3 kids of 9, 5.5 and 1. 5 years old. We could all stay very comfortably in the house. The kids loved it. We could cook and watch tv and relax in the breaks. Giulia was always available for any question or clarification we needed. Super excellent position in the center of the city with free parking and facilities at walking distance. House was very well equipped. We loved our stay and we would gladly return!

• Yves (10/5): The perfect place to stay close to Rome - Giulia is a super host and the apartment is very well located. I would highly recommend this place. It is easy to go to Rome from Frascati train station.

• Chih-ting (10/5): Exceptional - It is a well kept loft with everything we need. It has a very good space and it's very clean. And the rooftop terrace is with amazing space and view. We like the interior design a lot, that's how we will like our house to be when we have one. The only downside is no elevator, so make sure you don't have big luggage~ Can't think of anything.
• Sirje (10/5): I wish we could have stayed there for another night. - This place exceeded our expectations from the moment we entered the stairwell, but the loft itself left us speechless. It was more then perfect for our party of five! It was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable with an interesting layout. Some of us wouldn't mind having a home like this :) By our arrival the owner had come to receive us. One of our family members had a birthday that day and Giulia had noticed it to congratulate her, which was really lovely. As a bonus to this place, we got to see the fireworks at midnight which were perfectly visible from this place. In the morning we enjoyed breakfast that we had brought from a nearby café. By leaving we walked to the parking lot right in front of the house, where we had our car parked.
